The manager, Sarah, is great to work with & the move-in process is seamless. She answers all questions promptly, gives tips & recommendations about optional services without being pushy & ensures that necessary maintenance work is tended to. Asa, the maintenance supervisor, has a great attitude & gives additional advice to maintain things in good order. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. Things are fixed quickly & efficiently. Great place to stay so far as a new resident.

If I could give zero stars I would. The management is nice but policies were some of the worst i’ve seen. Not only were the policies bad but the apartment I lived in had missing/broken blinds when I moved in. There was a hole from water damage in the ceiling and the toilet was broken at first. I had to cut my lease short and they wanted to charge over $5000 just to leave. Management was changed 4 times in the 1 year and 4 months I lived there. No respect and there are much better places to live!
