Stopped in for my first time today to grab a couple bags of softener salt for my parents. I wasn’t treated like a customer, I feel like I was treated like a friend. And not just an acquaintance, a good friend. I was cashed out and salt loaded in no time at all. The friendly guy at the front desk even offered me the extra dunkin coffee they had that no one drank. How nice is that?
Keep up the good work and thanks for the great experience!

Purchased our water softener just a couple years ago. Very happy with the service and care over the years that Beachamp has given. Very professional & Have ensured our water & softener is working correctly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an outstanding experience thanks to Phil. After calling the store and not being able to get a technical answer from the service department regarding my water softener, Phil took the initiative to call me back—well after what I would consider normal service hours. He spent nearly 17 minutes on the phone patiently addressing my original question and then went above and beyond to help me further dial in and solve the issue. His knowledge, willingness to help, and clear communication were exceptional. Because of Phil’s dedication and professionalism, I will absolutely remain a loyal customer. Excellent service.

I would say 3.8 stars
Purchased: well tank, iron filter, water softener, under sink RO system.
Positives: All employees I interacted with were professional. The prices were as good as or better than other companies. They were responsive when we had an issue with our softener and sent someone out as many times as it took to get things working right.
Negatives: It took several weeks and 2 different techs to uncover the issue and get the softener properly adjusted. To be fair, I do believe our situation was an outlier. During install a piece of welding debris got into the valve. This is probably the only time that has ever happened, but for the first month we didn't have properly softened water. However, the softener still used a significant amount of salt.
My second issue is that I feel a little misled. We had an older Culligan softener that we were planning to replace. It used 130 ish pounds of salt per month. The salesperson said that was way too high and we should and WOULD use 1 bag (40 pounds) a month. Guess what? New softener uses the same amount as the old softener. About 3-4 bags a month. I did some research, and the industry average is 1 bag per month, but for our water hardness(he knew because he tested the water) and this softener, with the MINIMUM water usage by a typical household of our size you cannot buy a softener that would use less than 3 bags. Someone who has been selling the systems for 10 years would absolutely know that for our hardness level 1 bag would not be sufficient. So not only were we led to believe our other softener was using SIGNIFICANTLY more salt than the new softener would use and they are using essentially the same. For the first month the softener wasn't functioning and providing softened water, but was using the salt at the same rate. Kinda like a double gut punch.
Advice: ask for a specific breakdown of how many pounds are needed per regeneration cycle for your hardness and ask how many regeneration cycles per month for typical household of your size. DO NOT believe the 1 bag line.
