We had a great dinner at Mellow Mushroom tonight. Food was great and Greyson took awesome care of us! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Really enjoyed everything and will definitely be back. If you go, ask for Greyson!

Extremely sad yall- I grew up as a kid and loved mellow mushroom- I have awesome memories with my family at the shroom- now we get one built next us and I was totally let down- ordered a couple pies and a salad- was told online it would be 6:36 which was a 1.25 hrs- I was like ok, I’m gonna wait it out- because we love the food- then we get a notification from a door dash guy that it’s another 30 mins- I call the store wait 10-15 mins on hold- have to call back, they answer and say they have one oven down- and online orders are getting pushed back- could be much longer- no one told me or called me, I had to cancel the order- dominos up here is killing it- every time it’s fast easy and hot when I get it. Love leaving the delivery guy a fat tip- Mellow Mushroom, I hope yall get it together up here because it could be epic. I’ll try it again because I’m a loyal guy. But I hope this doesn’t happen again, or that the right people can get into upper level and help organize the people on the ground.

When you travel for work as much as I do, you come across a lot of different places to eat and sleep and to be honest, most are just passable or simply okay. I don't feel the need to review what I consider to be run of the mill experiences. I either share the gems so more people can experience them or the duds so no one else wastes their money. Unfortunately, I come across more of the later than the former.

Today I get to tell you about a gem. I've seen Mello Mushroom locations here and there but never thought to visit one until recently. Now I wish I had tried them sooner and that there were more of them.

Let's get the bad out of the way first; there's not a lot of locations to pick from.

Now that we have that out of the way, let's do the good. The first thing that hit me was the vibe. The atmosphere was laid back and the tunes were great. Great that is if you're into the 80's, 90's and early 2000's, which I certainty am. They played all the not too oldies, but still definitely goodies. I instantly regretted that I was there for a business lunch, because the music had me immedately jamming and wanting to order a beer or two to go with my meal just calling it a day. Alas, it was not to be and I settled for tea as my beverage.

As I mentioned before, my colleague and I were there for a business lunch and we both ordered lunch specials. Skipping forward to the end, once the check came I questioned the total because I don't think I've ever paid that little for two people to eat. It can be difficult to feed one person for the price, let alone two. I seriously thought our server had miscalculated, but no, the total was correct. The total is almost unheard of nowadays.

But wait, there's more. The food was actually good and we both were stuffed by the time we left. My colleague got the two slice special, which came with and drink and I got the two slice special that came with a half salad and a drink. A half salad may not sound like much, but that could have pretty much been the meal all by itself. In fact, I really should have gotten the pizza to go, but it was so appetizing, that I managed to eat both slices, which was a big mistake as I was miserable and pretty much useless for the rest of the day. I promised myself I wouldn't overeat like that again, but if I ever go back, I know I'll probably do it again.

So yes, it was a great lunch experience at a superb price. Go support them if you can.

Atmosphere was great, super cool in there and the music was low, but a great playlist. Our server Greyson (sp) was so nice and constantly checked in. The food was delicious really enjoyed my pizza and the ceaser salad was delicious. We will be coming back for sure !!

Stopped yesterday for lunch with my wife but we were disappointed with the food. Service was good but the pizza far worst from my previous experiences at other Mellow Mushroom restaurants. We started off by ordering the rolz, but tasted like they were reheated. As for the pizza, the crust was underproofing, and the border looked like it was crunchy but it was soft. Don't plan to return to that specific restaurant despite the good service.
