Banegas Construction has completed several projects at my home, including a basement remodel, 3 bathrooms, a new outdoor deck, and painting of the exterior brick. Needless to say, I have a good amount of experience dealing with Julio and his team.
My experience with Banegas Construction was very positive. The pricing is very fair, especially when the unexpected pops up. The work is excellent and Julio spends a lot of time doing walk throughs to ensure satisfaction. Simply stated, they do the job right. If they see an issue, they fix it.
I highly recommend Banegas Construction and given the opportunity, I would use them again!

Expert contractor. Is a structural engineer and his wife an architect. Did an exceptional job on my porch and repaired a structural issue on exterior wall to code. Better than expected work by an expert crew. Quick work, great price too, we are very pleased!

I got help from Banegas Construction to finish a remodel of my condo (finishing up a few bathrooms, replacing doors, adding lights). I've been really impressed with the quality of the work that was done. They did the work on time, for a reasonable price. Good communication back and forth throughout all steps of the project. I'd recommend them to friends who want similar work done.

I approached Julio with a med/large scale home reno, with a very short turnaround. From the beginning, Julio and his team were warm, communicative and optimistic. As soon as the project began, we felt like we were in great hands, and as a result felt comfortable expanding the project and schedule.

We always felt like we had Julio's full attention, even though I knew he was managing other projects concurrently. Whenever issues or delays popped up, he was fast to act and worked with us to find quick solutions.

Several months since moving in, we're incredibly happy with our new house and the renovations Julio managed for us.
