There's more reasonable care next door m consider your well being and sanity. This isn't the place to go. They over charge. ,Came here in October for pneumonia and they were good though I couldn't get an X-ray done, and was charged an exorbitant amount on top of my copay for minimal consultation.
During the extreme weather conditions yesterday they were understandably closed but they left their scheduling open and the website said they were open which was incorrect. Their website also threatens you if you cancel there's a fee. Makes it clear they are more concerned with taking your money than actually helping.

Love this place! Clean, efficient, caring and fast. I’m hesitant to post because I want to keep it a secret… but they’re really great. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. We are usually in and out in under 30 minutes and we can send any prescriptions right in the same building to CVS. They do x-rays in house, too.

Went to the clinic for testing for RSV, Covid and flu as I have cold symptoms and we are blessed with a brand new grandchild. I wanted to be certain I didn't have any of these viruses. The Med assistant and Doc were so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and were very thorough. I will not hesitate to come here if I need to.

Everyone at the CVS clinic was wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The only downside, was that they were out of rapid flu tests; which the doctor apologized for, and I could tell he was very sincere. He actually stared it was unacceptable; which was refreshing, demonstrating that he genuinely cared. I was diagnosed and treated, within 12 hours. Wonderful clinic.

Please don’t come here. I went today and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had when not feeling well. I saw online from reviews that they were an urgent care/ ER setup. I assumed they could haggle my sore throat as I had gotten checked and was told if it got to worse to go again and go an Er. Silly me for trusting the reviews right? Regina the receptionist was nice enough but mentioned people were yelling them all day. Happen when you’re sick and but could see why at my appt. Dr Elrich came in and examined me. It started ok as I was in pain in throat and ear. He did a routine exam and just started agreeing with me what it could be to what I was told earlier in day. He then suggested it was just anxiety! The worst example of gaslighting and unprofessionalism I’ve ever seen. I left mid appt as I asked if they do anything like a scan and ultrasound and was told no. I was leaving and saw xray room and lab so they were somewhat capable of seeing what was wrong. I just wanted to check to make sure there was nothing serious going on . I wasted my time and lost my voice altogether today while this doctor insisted it’s anxiety! Imagine you’re sick and it’s all in your head like you want to be in a hospital. He then suggested I go to the ER (3rd visit of the day) when I was supposed to be there seen by a doctor? I was also never checked out and went back to get the discharge papers to show my OWN doctor. It’s seem just to be a cash grab and they treat you like you’ve inconvenienced them by being sick! Save your time and go to an ER or more competent urgent care like Mgh where you will get adequate care and not profiled. I also took a picture if the sign where they claim to be a “full service urgent care” as the reviews said. I hope they get more experienced doctors so people get proper treatment. I’ve never had this happen and I hope if you have anything severe head to Lahey or Mgh 10 mins away. Dont my mistake please! I don’t know how this “urgent care” operates like This or how this man is a doctor!
