The staff are very nice and efficient. However, I would not recommend this company. They take your payment up front, but only provide you with an insurance claim form for a portion of it. They won't provide another insurance claim form until a radiologist has reviewed in.....in 16 WEEKS!! So they took my money on Nov. 12 and I cannot get reimbursed for all of it until the end of Feb. 2026. I can, of course, have a rush put on it for an additional fee. Not happy.

Took over 3 months to get results. No communication. Don’t send you the receipt until it comes back. Would give zero if possible.
