Quick and smooth visit, and staff was pleasant. Was told my dentist can get the scans right away. However theres along wait to get full results (16 weeks), which can be rushed for a fee

Was hoping to have results by now so I can continue with my dental procedures. Unfortunately, been waiting over 5 months and report still not ready. Wish I would've known this. Would have picked a different company

The staff are very nice and efficient. However, I would not recommend this company. They take your payment up front, but only provide you with an insurance claim form for a portion of it. They won't provide another insurance claim form until a radiologist has reviewed in.....in 16 WEEKS!! So they took my money on Nov. 12 and I cannot get reimbursed for all of it until the end of Feb. 2026. I can, of course, have a rush put on it for an additional fee. Not happy.

Very quick smooth visit, the staff was sweet and spent time with my mother explaining the procedure.

Took over 3 months to get results. No communication. Don’t send you the receipt until it comes back. Would give zero if possible.
