They took the time to research my window order number that was on a window on my new house. They took the time to ask questions to determine who manufactured my windows and then even contacted the window manufacturer and placed a order for my replacement screens. Excellent customer service and helpful and supportive. Received amazing support from Diane and Rhonda. Excellent company to do business with and I will definitely call for any future glass or window needs.

Poor customer service.

Walked in today to see if they repaired window screens…the woman at the desk stated “be right with you” as she fished for paperwork at her desk. Eventually, another employee came in and they proceeded to have an entire conversation planning tomorrow’s jobs.

After a couple minutes, I grew tired of waiting and left. I’m still not sure if they repair screens…heading to Ace Hardware for that.

Zac and his team helped us fix some broken windows we had at one of out properties. They did an awesome job and are so professional. We highly recommend them!

My 1st contact was with Lara. She was so easy to deal with, a pleasure to talk, and responded with a quote within hours. The technicians came out to measure in 2 days and the installation of our shower doors was done in just under 2 weeks. Her techs were also a pleasure to work with, did an excellent job and were very informative. Highly recommend Gasparilla Glass!
