Received the pressure washer self-retracting hose reel and it doesn’t “self retract”. Their customer service is almost nonexistent.
Called telephone number on website and just get an answering machine that says leave name and number but the voicemail box is full! Corresponded by email but only getting the run around.
I will never again buy a product from this company.
Paying more doesn’t necessarily equate to a better product.

Apparently they do not belive in customer service. 8 business days after receiving the wrong item and still no reply to email. Their website has no options for support/returns/CS. They are all disabled, and they only list a contact us link for an email which is the same as their automated outbound email account.
