Couldn't have treated me better! I made a mistake when placing an order that I couldn't afford to make as just a normal dad spending quite a bit on a controller. Prime Golf was amazing at helping me fix it and treated me like a person, not a corporation. Will be buying from again!

Controller worked fantastic easy install instant fix couldn’t be happier. Power with stock motor was drastically increased along with acceleration. I like that I can lock the controller so kids can’t adjust. The app is easy to use and fantastic for any diagnostic for possible trouble shooting. Fair price across market and packaging was fantastic. I got the bigger model and couldn’t be happier worth every penny.

Ordered right before the holidays and everything was processed and shipped very quickly! Everything arrived in excellent shape. Body parts were boxed up on skid and the packaging look as new as when they packaged it! Don't see that very often. I just hope everything assembles together as well as the order and delivery process went.

This was a great experience. Their knowledge guided my decisions to upgrade my golf cart. Their support staff helped me to find a missing part.
I recieved it in another pkg. Shipping the next day. Anyone who has plans on upgrading their carts needs to give them a chance to fullfill your needs. You will not be disappointed.

I was in need of a replacement roof for a ezgo cart. I found Prime Golf Carts through a Google search. I shopped several other sites that offered the same roof, but Prime had the most competitive price. I placed my order late on a Friday afternoon, most likely after hours. I was sent an order confirmation email that evening. I was emailed shipping info Monday morning along with tracking. My part arrived the next day, Tuesday. Great service and fast delivery. accurate part as per the website!
Ashley kept me posted on all status updates.
