Sandra was great! She tried her best to help me with my needs. Keep her happy at all cost!
The rest of the team is horrible, nobody answering to Sandras request on her mic, backstore employee on a personal call and ignored me. All 3 other employees did not pay attention to her request and stated; i don't know, nobody tells me anything... nobody took 1 minute to check to see if they had what I needed.

Not much in the fish Ile, I also had to save a forgotten fish in a powered down tank .. she has icks and refuses to eat .. she is in my hopital tank and I hope to see improvement soon! After I told the staff this was a community fish all alone and dying in a tank without filtration nor light , nor food ..full of algea and the fish was sick .. he admitted to it being forgotten and she is not the first one ! .. he still made be pay the price on the tank (for a healthy fish ) when I told him to get her out of there!
To you petsmart please train you personal better , you guys are working with live animals!

Had great help from the cashier by the name Patrick. I forgot my bank card and I asked if he knew how to install the wallet on my phone. He was extremely nice and helped me with the steps. I was very thankful as it prevented me from returning home and coming back. He never neglected any other customers during this time. He suspended my transaction and used another cash to help other customers. I'm very impressed with the level of service I received. Thank you once again Patrick

I have had such great experiences with PetSmart grooming services! The service was amazing from start to finish, and my dog Teddy always looks incredible afterward.

A huge shoutout to Keden K—such a fantastic groomer. They were patient, friendly, and clearly really care about the animals they work with. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the results.

I felt totally comfortable leaving Teddy in their hands, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

very professional staff here. patient and gentle dealing with my birds. the staff put the treats in with my birds for traveling to my home. just 3days now my Little parakeet already used to my hand. I believe because they normally handle them careful so that the birds don't feel panic while they face human

Tried to force me to buy more fish than I wanted.
I wanted to purchase 2 fish (both the same fish) .. no questions about the size of tank what other fish they would be with but instead refused to sell me the fish without buying a 3rd one because they were "schooling" fish .. the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I left my healthy 7-year-old golden retriever here for just two nights while I was in Ottawa. When I picked him up, he had visible bumps around his lips consistent with Canine Papillomavirus. I was also informed that he had vomited that morning and had not had a bowel movement once during the entire three days he was in their care.

The moment I took him outside, he urinated for approximately 10 minutes straight, clearly indicating he had not been taken out properly. He was extremely thirsty and had five bowel movements within the first hour of leaving. He was also visibly shaking when I put him in the car.

This was a distressing and unacceptable experience. I entrusted them with a healthy dog and picked up one who was clearly unwell and neglected. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet’s well-being.

Had my dog there for his grooming. My dog was very excited and the groomer Anna did a wonderful job in calming him down and making sure that my dog gets the best treatment. When it was time to pick my dog, my dog was very excited and happy as he had a wonderful time and was looking handsome. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Love the location, the staff are pleasant in assisting pet owners for exactly what our pets need. The take the time to go over over dog foods, treats, other products. What I love the most is they take weekly orders for a consistent supply. They also have a loyalty program plus take Airmiles which is a total bonus for us point collectors. If you're unsure you pet will like the dog food, they offer samples to try. My puppy's favorite toy is from PetSmart Orleans on Tenth Line Rd.

Today, I visited my second PetSmart store in Ottawa while searching for a cat. Just like the previous location in Nepean, this one left a great impression. It’s clean, cozy, has a pleasant atmosphere, and smells nice. There are plenty of interesting products and shows that make the visit enjoyable.

This store is a bit different from the previous one—I noticed that many people bring their dogs here for training. That’s really cool! I didn’t take any photos since I’m not sure if it’s allowed to film other people’s pets, but the fact that there were so many animals created a special atmosphere. I really liked this PetSmart—a great place to find something tasty and useful for your pet!
