Recently had the pleasure of working with Jason Nieto at Five Star Roofing. Jason was quick to respond to my client’s need. He understood the work needed to be done and addressed it quickly. Communicated well throughout. Would recommend Jason and Five Star Roofing for additional work my clients may need.

I called Jason Nieto from 5 Star Roofing for a slight issue with my roof. 5 Star put on the roof about 5 years ago. I called him in the morning and he arrived to the house that afternoon. He took care of the issue the same day at no charge. Jason is a gentlemen, polite, knows his job well and is A#1 in my book. Thank you Jason and 5 Star.

Jason Nieto, our Sales Rep did an outstanding job from start to finish regarding our roof repair.
He is very straightforward and knowledgeable about his business.
He is very approachable and can give you a very sound advice in regards to your roofing problems.
Their workers were friendly and did a great job replacing our roof due to Hurricane Damage in 2024.

Experience is within the name, 2 1/2 yrs dealing with 5 diff roofers. Till Jason stepped up to my door. Over and above what I expected a Comp would do. Handled the insurance mess that the Wife and I had. And within a month, the roof repair turned to a replacement. During install, All the workers handled the home with care and they were fast and efficient. Recommend to all.

Jason was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I have never filed a claim with my insurance and he was there to answer questions. Very prompt and straightforward. Can’t ask for too much more in a “salesman.”

Once approved by my HOA, and my insurance, my installation was scheduled for just a week after. Shingles were delivered on Wednesday. Installation started and completed Thursday. Very impressive.

We love our new roof with the black drip edge! Also, it doesn’t leak like the old one. So that’s definitely a plus. Would highly recommend Jason to help you with your roofing needs!
