I want to give a huge thank you to Max for going above and beyond when he came out to inspect my roof! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand.
Max explained the difference between the yellow staining caused by roof-related water leaks and the gray staining that can be associated with AC condensation leaks. He didn't just inspect the roof and leave. He took the extra time to answer all my questions, explain possible causes, and offer several helpful ideas on how to prevent future problems.
What impressed me the most was his patience, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about educating homeowners instead of just rushing through an inspection.
Max exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate his honesty, dedication, and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Max to anyone needing a roof inspection. Thank you, Max, for going the extra mile and giving me peace of mind! Kristy

Was coming home from being out and Max showed up to my house a couple minutes early ready to go! Very respectful and very funny. Walked me through exactly what I needed done and helped me with some tips and tricks on certain things I could do myself if I wanted as well. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Rhino Roofing Orlando from start to finish. We needed a complete roof replacement, and the entire process was explained clearly and professionally. The crew did an excellent job, kept the property clean, and the new roof looks great. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing contractor in Orlando for a roof replacement, I would definitely recommend Rhino Roofing.

It was such a pleasure working with Rhino Roofing. Max Russell went above and beyond not just to help us pick a roof but with every step of the way. Any time I had a question he would answer in a timely manner. After we selected our roofing, they were very quick to get the job completed. The crew were so nice, worked so hard and quickly. Even after everything was done, Max helped coordinate the inspection and wind mitigation reporting. This has been a wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend working with Max at Rhino Roofing.

Max and Pablo did a great job repairing our roof. They were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. The work was high quality, and they made sure everything was done right.
They also provided a detailed report of the repairs, which we really appreciated. Honest and reliable.
Highly recommend their service
