Assure-U Roofing was a really great choice. I did alot of research into the few companies i wanted to get some quotes from for a full roof shingle replacement, and Nick came out for the quote and was so refreshingly honest and nice that I decided to go with him at assure. I felt as though the quoted price was very fair so that made me very happy. Nick let me know how much everything was going to cost, and told me about if they found rotten wood how much extra each lumber would be, and also gave me estimates on how much replacement i would expect based on his experience.

Nicole kept me updated on everything happening, and was communicating with me through email because of my work hours conflicting alot of the time. Nicole was extremely friendly, and professional, and solved any and all problems i could have had. Between Nicole and Nick, they were able to give me a good rundown of how everything's going to happen, and then the day finally came to get my new roof.

After my ring doorbell went off, it showed everyone showing up 15 minutes earlier then the start time and they began prepping. I was still at work but by the time i came home my entire roof was already stripped lol. They were extremely quick and efficient. Nick pointed out a few pieces of lumber that would need to be replaced, and made sure to update me as time went on. he also mentioned needing to paint the exposed wood underneath my roof eventually to protect the wood, and even referred me to a handyman, which I was really excited about because i need some minor electrical work done, and have a few projects thats been bothering me and was gunna look more into it after this whole roof stuff is over, and he saved me alot of searching.

All in all, im very happy i chose Assure-U. I usually get a bit overwhelmed getting quotes and looking for a good company to work with. Again, I did alot of research before i landed on them, and hopefully if your reading this you will give them a shot like I did. The quote is free, customer service is fantastic, and they were able to make something that I was very stressed about having done, alot more painless then i expected it would be. I really appreciate everyone's hard work and craftsmanship, and now my house looks so much nicer because of it :) If i EVER have any problems in the future with my roof, i clearly wont ever need to look for anyone ever again, you made me a long term customer. Thanks for not only your efficiency, but your refreshing honesty and really looking out for me

Lot of roofers out there. I use reddit to find recommendations. Multiple people recommended assure-u so I went with them for a roof certicate and they were great - beyond fair and reasonable. Recommend you give them a chance.

Nick and his team did a great job with our roof! Great communication through the whole process and pricing was very reasonable. Definitely would go with Assure-U again in the future on the next roof replacement.

Had my roof replaced many years ago. I am ashamed I never left a review back then. Company came out to provide me with a wind mitigation report at no cost to me to help get a reduction in my insurance.

Very happy with how responsive they were, the quality of their work, and how they continue to go out of there way to support even years after the job was completed. Would easily use this company again for future needs.
