After my Dad passed, my Mom wanted to sell the house and move closer to us. Caylee Gaylard was recommended to us through the agent we were using in the place where Mom was planning to move. The recommendation to work with Caylee was exactly what we needed.
Caylee understood the state of the real estate market in Vancouver at the time that we were needing to sell (late 2025- early 2026). She listened to what we had to say and worked with us based on our timeline and goals to get the house prepared for market.
When the house was listed, Caylee's marketing team and strategy for presenting the house on a saturated, buyer's market was professional, polished, and well executed to create interest in the house that resulted in multiple showings and a busy open house weekend.
