This was a great spot to come out and eat at. The food was really good we got a 3 piece combo which had Kofta, Fried Chicken, & Liver with a side Fries with Dukka and a Ginger ale to drink on the side. Customer service was great/ friendly made the atmosphere feel more vibrant. Thank you for such a great experience tonight.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great!! The staff was really nice and made our visit to Toronto even better :) I definitely recommend, especially the chicken sandwich and falafels, they were so fresh and crispy!

Good street food , flavor was good, we had the shawarma sandwich and liver , tasty and fries were good.
Washroom a bit rundown, this is the King St location and smell bad.
Staff at the counter friendly , quick service, average price, 2 sandwiches, one frie and a pop about $15.
Music was good and food level floor clean.
Recommend it

Great comfort street food at a solid price. The two-sandwich combo came with juicy, well-grilled chicken, soft savoury buns, and plenty of sauce. The side of fries were well seasoned. Definitely recommend!

Tut's is really really good.
Small sliders in a bunch of flavors... My fav would be shrimp, but the chicken and falafel are also amazing. But the shrimp - wow
Good fries also, just gotta eat them warm (*prob real and good)
Sides are tasty, very nice sauce, don't even know what it is yet. The other side was tomatoes and onion I think.... I crushed it all.
Highly recommend

This place used to be good, but like everything, good things don't last.
A few months ago, I told myself I will never order from this place again, and a few days ago I thought I'd give it another try, but instead my experience reminded me why I made that decision back then.
The food here is garbage, nothing tastes like it should be, the materials used to make the food is of the lowest quality possible, or rather no quality at all, the meat can't be chewed, is gummy and quite honestly I can't figure out what meat it is? It could be cat or dog or even donkey meat, whatever it is it's not suitable for human consumption, I threw my food in the garbage and this is the last time I'm ordering from here, for good this time.
Ps. The meat in the photos is supposed to be beef liver!

First time at Tuts and the food and atmosphere was phenomenal
Food made to perfection with a lot of flavour
I was served by Zara who was by far one of the sweetest and hardest workers there.
She knows how to make customers feel so welcomed she is very kind and soft spoken.
The employees really make you feel like at home. That being said it will not be my last time going there, I will be back again with family and friends
Thanks Tuts for an amazing experience

This restaurant was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is Egyptian food meets fast food. The food itself was tasty the beef bowl option was actually pretty good. The shrimp bowl our friend had was also quite delicious. However the pasta Egyptian dish (considered authentic) was not to our taste ( very filling but tasted a bit like hamburger helper but a vegetarian option). The sauces especially the hot sauces were very good.

Tut’s on King St. Open late (till 2!) which is a saviour after a long night on King west iykyk. Staff were friendly, the wait was a bit long though.
They had run out of rice when I came in (understandable as it was quite late) so they gave me fries instead. The fries tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for a while, and there was much too much sauce. The falafels were good though, nice and crispy.
Overall an okay option after a late night, but wouldn’t go out of my way to visit. I’ve tried their union station location as well and although I find this one a bit better, it still doesn’t exactly stand out.

I would have given it lower if I could. Messed up my delivery completely. Got lamb and beef instead of chicken. I do not eat red meat. Not sure what the hype about this place is all about.
Do not waste your money.

This was a disappointing experience. Just ordered the fried falafel, grilled chicken, fried chicken and fries with Dukka. What we received was beef and what looked like lamb. Two meats that we cannot eat. We were looking forward to trying out a new place.

Comfy good seats, excellent service and attentive staff. The food was amazing, I ordered the Sunday special. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. Will definitely come again if I am in the area!!

Tuts on King Street is an absolute gem for anyone craving something bold, flavorful, and a little different. From the moment you step inside, you're transported straight to the heart of Egypt—golden tones, ancient motifs, and pyramid-inspired decor give the space a vibrant, immersive vibe that’s both fun and authentic.
The food? Straight fire. We went for the 4-sandwich combo and a classic Coke, and honestly, every bite hit the spot. The sandwiches are generously stuffed with juicy, spiced meats, and the bread is that perfect mix of soft and toasty. Each sandwich had its own personality, and the combo lets you sample a little bit of everything—from smoky grilled kofta to tender chicken, all seasoned just right.
What makes Tuts stand out is how effortlessly they bring street food energy into a sit-down spot. It’s casual, unpretentious, and full of flavor—the kind of place you keep coming back to, whether it’s for a quick lunch or a casual dinner downtown.
Highly recommend if you’re looking to shake things up from the usual burger or burrito. Tuts delivers flavor with flair.

Could not eat any of the dishes we ordered. Wife got the Tut's Promo sandwich combo and I got the Tut's Rice Bowl Regular. The beef sandwich tasted insanely gamey, like an amateur cooked lamb, and the chicken tasted so bad too. It was basically 75% onion (ABNORMALLY LONG ASS PIECES), 15% chicken, and 10% sauce. Maybe the restaurant just had a very awful day, or this is just how their food is, but I'll never order here again. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Attached a picture with the onions.

Been here a few times. Some of the sandwiches I loved and some were a bit spicy - gotta put more of their sauce on it to offset it :) But I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu. Also, I recommend their ghost kitchen, Cleo’s Burgers!

Koshari is great! I couldn’t finish the large portion, but it was just the right size for my husband. Going for a regular one next time. Absolutely🤤; sandwiches are also yummy all the time we buy them, everything is fresh and delicious.

My husband and I were visiting Toronto for the first time and had heard amazing things about Tut's Egyptian Street Food. It completely lived up to the hype!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Sahil, who was incredibly helpful in walking us through the menu. We decided on the 4-sandwich combo, which included Falafel, Kofta, Beef Liver, and Beef Sausage sandwiches. Each one was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced.
To top it off, we enjoyed refreshing guava and mango juices, which were the perfect complement to the meal. We also couldn't resist the Sakalans pastry for dessert, it was indulgent and delicious!
Overall, the food was fantastic, and the experience was even better. Highly recommend Tut's for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Egyptian street food in Toronto!
