Disappointing Bowl with Oxidized Cabbage
The cabbage in my salad was clearly oxidized, it had turned gray-black along the edges, which happens when cut cabbage is stored too long and exposed to air. This is a sign that the cabbage wasn’t freshly prepared.
While oxidized cabbage is technically safe to eat, it’s not what you expect when paying for a restaurant salad. Fresh, crisp cabbage should be bright white/green/purple with no discoloration. This indicated poor ingredient rotation or prep that happened well before my order.
The rest of the salad was okay, but the oxidized cabbage made it unappetizing and diminishes the overall quality impression. I hope the restaurant takes note and sources fresher ingredients or prepares salads more promptly.

We first visited this location for a family gathering and were blown away by the food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed it so much that when we started planning our next event, they were the first people we thought of.
A special thank you to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to help coordinate everything for our gathering. He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made the entire process stress-free. From planning to execution, everything was seamless. The food arrived exactly as promised and every single guest was raving about it. It’s rare to find such amazing customer service paired with such high-quality food. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone we know

Tanveen was exceptional. From the time we came in, she provided amazing recommendations, and really went above and beyond for us. She had a large group of people come in after we arrived and did all the food prep and customer service and cash out for everyone so efficiently and kindly. I was truly impressed by her. On top of that the food was perfectly prepared and tasted delicious! We tried the shrimp, the grilled chicken, beef shawarma, falafel, and we also tried the Hawowshi. Thank you for everything Tanveen!

Nice spot for a quick bite. The sandwiches are small but allows you to try more varieties. The beef was amazing! The place was clean and service was nice and fast.

Excellent food and great friendly service.
I went with my daughter after a swim, so we were hungry. We ordered a large Koshary and a two sandwich combo I had the falafel/taameya and she had the fried shrimp/ (gambary). The koshary was very good, though it could be better a bit hotter. The taameya was crisp on the outside and fresh green inside.
The service was very friendly, hence the five stars. The atmosphere is, just fine for a small store in a plaza.

Recently came by to try tuts as it had been a long time. They have weekly specialty. I decided to try the fried chicken and chicken sandwiches. It was a filling meal, the only critique would be that I could have used more sauce in the sandwich as it was a little dry.
Overall, satisfied.

Had an amazing experience! The Egyptian food was delicious and rich in flavours. The service was excellent by Tanveen as she explained each and everything perfectly. The garlic sauce with the fries was so good. Moreover, great atmosphere- truly enjoyed my visit.

This was my second time getting Tüts and unfortunately it was disappointing compared to the location downtown. The gentleman at the counter was kind and helpful but the food was just.. not fresh. It didn’t taste that way at least.
I do love the way the packaging opens for the combos but as soon as you open it you see the little white buns that are almost certainly purchased at a discount grocery store.
One order of fries was cold, one was hot. (Although the hot ones were tasty) The cauliflower in the sandwich was burnt badly, the falafel sandwich was SO salty and the shrimp was.. just terribly soggy and flavourless apart from the sauce on top.
The whole order was underwhelming.
5 3-bite sandwiches, two handfuls of fries and two little drinks for nearly $50.

Tuts Egyptian Street Food is a hidden gem! Fresh, authentic flavors, the spices perfectly balanced, and the service warm and welcoming. Definitely a must-try spot if you’re craving something unique and delicious!

Place is clean. There’s a self-service kiosk on the right which made it easier to order.
I have ordered 2 Sandwiches with Fries and Soda combo as well as 6pcs Falafel with Garlic Sauce.
Sandwiches are well-made and delicious but the falafel was salty. If it was freshly made every day, would recommend to lessen the saltiness on it. I would have enjoyed it much better but the saltiness on the falafel kinda ruined it.
People were friendly and service was okay.
Overall 4/5 stars for Tut’s!

I just got a regular rice bowl from them and the portion is worst. This is first time I ever had issues with portion from any restaurant or fast food chain ever.
Your front page photo shows the bowl being full size.
Check my photo, it 50%
Sad. Will not recommend for rice bowls.

I recently had the opportunity of trying the Tuts combo at Tuts Egyptian Street Food, and I must say, it was quite an experience! The fries were a standout, perfectly crispy and seasoned with their unique blend of spices that added a delightful kick.
The combo included three types of sliders, and I ranked them from my favorite to least favorite: the beef sausage slider was absolutely delicious, followed by the grilled chicken slider, which was also tasty. Unfortunately, the cauliflower slider didn’t quite hit the mark for me; it was super dry and lacked the texture I was hoping for. To wash it down, I enjoyed a refreshing can of soda.
The service was friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience. The indoor seating is limited to four tables, which is perfect for a quick bite. Overall, I would recommend Tuts for a tasty and casual meal, but I might skip the cauliflower slider next time!

Pretty solid sandwiches and they were all really tasty with great flavour. Surprisingly filling for how small they look. Definitely will come back to try the rest of the flavours.

It’s really good deal for a really good price. I got shrimp, kofta and chicken. Also the mustard mint sauce is good if you like mustard. I recommend the shrimp and kofta. Great service and presentation. They also have deals on Uber.

I always enjoy the food here, can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Everything is fresh and flavourful. Their sandwiches are soo good, but my favourites are the shrimp and the fried chicken. The koshary is so comforting!

The service was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The best sandwich is the fried chicken and would also recommend the grilled chicken. In the future I will definitely be coming back here again.

I just made a try for the Egyptian food ( honestly don't know the authenticity as I have not eaten before) . It's worth for a try . Personally I like the food
Shop is very hygienic and have 3-4 tables for a crowd of 10 max .
I could see most of the food they prepare are for take away orders ..
Price wise .. yes it's just ok ..

Ordered some falafels for pick up. They were nicely sized, crispy, and tasty. The tahini was fine, disappointed by the hot sauce, it just tastes like Red Hot ( I was hoping for a home-made sauce.) Several.different vegetarian options, I will try them again.

Great food. The staff was inviting and friendly. I feel my food was prepared fresh for me and not given old food. Parking can be tricky when busy -
Would recommend Tut’s for some nice food.

I enjoyed the grilled chicken! Be sure to ask for fresh fries to get the best taste. I also tried the two sandwich opinions Kofta (aquired taste) & beef (had tons of onions), but they weren't to my liking. The staff there was very nice and accommodating, but there was only 1 staff member taking orders and serving

This was super tasty! I’ll definitely be back. The buns were super soft, the fries were well seasoned and the meat was really tender. I would suggest taking it to go or ordering as there are limited seats inside.
