The handbags were really nice and had some beautiful designs, but the display was not very organized. Some of the bags were piled on top of each other, making it hard to see everything or pick one up. The store could definitely do a better job keeping the handbag section neat, but the bags themselves were stylish and looked like good quality.

I’m really disappointed with the quality and customer service. My fiancé bought me the silver Tory Burch heels with the stones, and I only wore them once to dinner before the stones started falling off. I went to the store hoping to exchange them, but they told me I needed the original box. No one mentioned to my fiancé at the time of purchase that the box would be required for an exchange or return. I love your sandals, which is why this experience is so upsetting. It’s frustrating that I can’t even exchange defective shoes just because I no longer have the box.

I returned couple of items today. The two young girls were as rude as they could be. I don’t understand these sales people who act as though they own the shop. I promise the owners would not behave like that because they know their business depends on customers.
