Terrible experience in this boutique. I am a huge fan of Brunello Cucinelli and when visiting D.C., was so excited to shop this location. Immediately upon entering, I felt uncomfortable. The employees at this location clearly do not know how to treat POC and I felt discriminated against by the store manager. She was quick to help and converse with individuals that looked like her, however, provided short, one-word answers to the questions I asked and did not offer to bring me the sizes I wanted to try from the back. She was completely dismissive of me and ruined my entire experience. I will never be back and I am deeply disappointed that people such as her are employed by your company. My former colleague works for news media in the DC area and has been working on a piece surrounding the disparity with client treatment for POC at luxury boutiques. I am looking forward to sharing my experience at Brunello Cucinelli with her and documenting my experience on social media so that others can avoid feeling as belittled and discouraged as I did at your City Center location.

Beautiful store. High quality products. Far superior than any of the stores around. Excellent customer service. If you are looking for a high end Italian clothing that last forever ( not flashy) this store is a must. Cucinelli makes elegant and timeless items. I love love this place.
