416 Automation Inc. was commissioned by our Seating Plant to build and install four EOL function testers to verify simultaneously Driver and Passenger seats. The project was executed successfully and in time.
They also provided a pair of modified DDSA seats (Defect Detection System Analysis) used to verify that testers will catch all defects prior and qualify the testers are good for production.
The software platform is user friendly, easy to add or modify recipes for new model year components.
416 Automation has a very good technical team, prompt and always willing to go the extra mile, which sets them head and shoulders above other tester suppliers.
Overall, it has been a pleasure to work with the 416 Automation team and I look forward to working with them again.
