The new portion size for their biscuits is ridiculous and laughable. I got one and it's no bigger than a packet of honey. My hand is nearly 3x the size of this kid-sized breakfast biscuit they audaciously served. Service can take a few minutes but is always friendly and welcoming.

I am so extremely disappointed in the service my family and I experienced at Chick-fil-a this evening. There are 6 of us in the car that stopped at the location located at 50 Willow Lane, McDonough, Ga 30253. On one check, we each ordered a full meal that totaled to almost $70. However, each sandwich had a very small piece of bacon. Based on the app, there is an extra charge for bacon on sandwiches that do not come with it amounting to $1.56 per sandwich. The picture on the app pleasantly showcases 3 strips of bacon on the sandwich. Please notice the picture provided of my sandwich and how much bacon was originally provided. After we went back through the drive-thru to respectfully ask for more bacon for our sandwiches, they provided one extra piece per sandwich of the exact same size. With how much we spent at that location, it is terribly disheartening to experience this type of service. I am making you aware in hopes of other customers not experiencing this same standard.

I have never had a horrible experience at chick-fila but this location is the absolute worst. They are always forgetting something, but this visit was beyond bad. I ordered a side salad and the tomatoes were old and had mold. I called for a resolution and the manager said she would give me a reward for another side salad, never happened!

Umm… sooo again my order was incorrect and of course after a long day who wants to go back and forth. I’m trying to understand the workers that be outside how they don’t have good listening skills. When I ordered I was the only person in line so they was not busy . Given me the wrong stuff on my salad with 5 chicken nuggets is crazy work . Please do better at this location.

I eat here every morning for breakfast just about. Always friendly and happy customer service always clean and even friendly staff to refill drinks
