I have lived at a few different apartment complexes and the maintenance team at Retreat Westminster is by far the best! They are quick, efficient and kind. Jose has gone above and beyond to solve any problems we’ve had and it’s truly appreciated. Thank you Jose for all you do!

Mid age office lady is completely rude and not helpful at all. i avoid going in there at all cost! i’ve asked a simply asked for a reset link to the brivo app that unlocks doors to the amenities i pay $2500 for 3 days straight and still have no access received nothing but attitude and and feeling of not belonging. (here are photos of me standing in the leasing office for an hour with not one person in site aswell.)

Used to be great until Berkkshire took over. We just got told to take down our pride flags to promote a "safe, uniform, and clean environment." It gives the message that human rights aren't "clean," but people leaving trash in the hallway is. Screw this place and don't live here.

Edit: Anand the front office is saying they will no longer communicate with us about the inequality of patio policing. Don't live here unless you want to roll over any time the front office does something to mess up the community.

We’ve lived at this complex for about two years now, and compared to our experiences at other apartment communities, the difference here has been amazing—especially when it comes to maintenance.

The maintenance team is outstanding, and Jose Jovel truly goes above and beyond every time. He’s professional, thorough, and genuinely kind and helpful. You can tell he really cares about doing things right and making sure everything is taken care of.

Thank you, Jose, for your hard work and for making such a positive difference in our experience here!

Maintenance team and Jose are kind, and speedy at completing work requests. They took the time to fix our heater problem and our various needs. The only thing I would change are the windows, they get really cold when it gets cold, but besides that, great place to stay. Club house is very nice.
