The location was excellent, and I really appreciated Ankit’s help with my requests and concerns.

However, I was highly disappointed with the frequent price increases. While I understand that periodic reviews occur, receiving a notification that my rent was increasing every couple of months was ridiculous. Shortly after I first signed up, I was notified that my rate was increasing to nearly double what I was paying. When I compared that to the rates being offered online, my unit was significantly dearer. This pattern of price increases every 2–3 months was the reason I ultimately left

Huge thanks to the management team at Prime Storage Vernon for their exceptional support. Everything was provided on time and with high quality. Special thanks to the manager Ankit and his assistant, Jordan, for their professionalism and helpfulness—they made the entire process smooth and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic storage facility, units are easily accessed and very secure. Staff members Jordan and Ankit were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and then some! They were very accommodating and gave me a walk-through of the facility and offered me multiple storage options to help me find what was right for me. Cannot recommend enough!

Loved the easy access and climate controlled storage. Staff was great: friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Downsides: my quoted rate went from $223 to $420 in less than a year. I was also becoming concerned about the security. With the increase in price and security concern's, we chose to leave Prime Storage.

Brigitte was amazing in dealing with the issues of my move into storage upon transition from Barriere to Vernon.

The facility is prime likes it’s name. Amazing security features, very clean and attention to details. Insect and rodent management seems to be paid attention to even while I was there loading my unit.

I feel confident that one’s storage needs will be met and exceeded here.

Post script: Ive been here over two months now and am still highly impressed with all aspects of this business!
