The absolute definition of above and beyond! I am so grateful for Heather. Her willingness to be flexible, adaptable and so supportive through what turned out to be a very stressful and complicated move. She was efficient, helpful and so incredibly kind. I would reccomend this facility and Heather in particular to anyone needing storage services. Wow.

I rented a unit but had to cancel at the last minute, and Heather was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her customer service was exemplary. She was incredibly helpful not only with the initial rental but also with arranging a refund when I returned within the hour. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sentinel to anyone needed storage.

Rented two side-by-side 10’x20’ units and a 40’ parking spot. The storage units were clean, well insulated, and easily accessible to drive-up and unload. Property is secure and measures strictly adhered to for peace of mind. Cindy is a pleasure to deal with and highly responsive throughout the entire process.

Her emails communications are great, prompt and efficient and I thoroughly enjoy talking to her over the phone and in person. She will remember who you are, even 6 months later. Thank you Heather!

A really nice lady named Heather helped me. I had called very last minute to get a storage locker and was fully expecting to be told to come back when it isn’t so close to closing. She said it was no problem. Helped me through the process quickly and efficiently. Even going above and beyond to leave the light on for me and leaving a cart near my unit. So kind and thoughtful. Great friendly service!

Heather is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and always has time for a quick visit. She knows everyone by name and is just a pleasure to deal with!

Been here for over a year, there are good deals if you can get them. I wish you would offer a discounted month or a free month once a year for long term rentals. Otherwise no complaints, would recommend.

Donnette and Heather were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The storage unit was clean, secure, and easy to access.

Adding some lighting inside the units would be a great improvement, but overall, a very positive experience!

Very responsive customer service. They actually return calls and emails promptly and bend over backwards when you have any kind of issue. Bonus: they are ready and able to help you back up your trailer during office hours as part of their service. I highly recommend.
