Rented two side-by-side 10’x20’ units and a 40’ parking spot. The storage units were clean, well insulated, and easily accessible to drive-up and unload. A really nice lady named Heather helped me. I had called very last minute to get a storage locker and was fully expecting to be told to come back when it isn’t so close to closing. She said it was no problem. Helped me through the process quickly and efficiently. Even going above and beyond to leave the light on for me and leaving a cart near my unit. So kind and thoughtful. Been here for over a year, there are good deals if you can get them. I wish you would offer a discounted month or a free month once a year for long term rentals. Otherwise no complaints, would recommend.

Donnette and Heather were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The storage unit was clean, secure, and easy to access.

Adding some lighting inside the units would be a great improvement, but overall, a very positive experience!
