I was dealing with health issues and missed some payments and they auctioned my locker off without checking who they auctioned it to. They auctioned it to my long time stocker and crazy ex friend and now my children are at risk as she used my social insurance number for identity theft. Horrible people that made my life so unnecessarily difficult. I am pressing charges. We are not safe now

So far so good. Required a large storage container and they were able to provide one that same day. Friendly staff that were helpful and had me setup quickly. The security looks good and the hours for access are very manageable. They require a two week notice before moving out which seems easy enough.

Worst experience I've ever had trying to rent a uhaul!! The worker was incredibly rude and uncooperative. It honestly felt like he was purposely holding up the process so that he could deny us because he was closing so he didn't have to do any more paperwork. NEVER renting ANYTHING from this place again!!

Worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. ZERO f's to give regarding a misunderstood booking. ZERO effort to try and correct the situation and blamed the other uhaul provider. The employee ended up hanging up because HE was frustrated. Total rubbish and I wouldn't spend a dime at their uhaul or storage facility. Stay away.

They got trucks, "moving supplies" is over priced and your better off just buying your own. Staff isnt very warm/friendly or nice and is very monotone. Prices are what you except from a uhaul.nothing too special

What an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. There was a sign on the front door that said only one customer allowed inside at a time - nobody was inside and the door was locked. So, I knocked on the door and was greeted with an extremely rude (possibly disgruntled) employee who asked ME to re-read the sign in its entirety - which I had already done multiple times while waiting outside for what felt like 10 minutes. He then finally let me know that he was on the phone and that is why he didn’t let me in ... HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?! I tried looking through the glass but it was very hard to see inside. All in all - a terrible experience and I do NOT recommend using this business if customer service is something that matters to you.

My friend booked a rental for a small UHaul trailer for her move this Saturday. She called a few days ago to confirm, and they told her she would have to pick it up in Kelowna and that they would not cover the extra gas mileage for her to drive there and bring it back to Vernon. When she drove out to the Enterprise facility they told her it would be at tonight to pick it up, she waited around for ten minutes before someone finally arrived and told her the trailer hadn't been returned. Absolutely awful communication from both places involved in this Uhaul rental. My friend has now wasted both gas and time over this, and is beyond incredibly stressed.

Such a great place. The customer service at The Storit Place is fantastic. The staff is always friendly, personable and outgoing. They will always go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I've always had a great experience there and I would recommend this business to everybody for the uhaul, moving supplies and storage needs.
