After we signed the contract and picked our decking, we were told that there would be a 99% chance the substrate for the deck would have to be replaced at an extra cost of $3,840 (Even though our deck substrate shows no signs of problems.) and if we didn't do it, we would not get the full warranty. We told them to hold off on the order, the same day we were informed. We did not proceed, and asked for our deposit back. They informed us they would have to deduct $250 because of the shipping of the material. This is their mistake in not informing us of the additional cost and warranty issues up front. It also seems unlikely that the order was placed and material arrived within one business day. We are not impressed. $250 paid for nothing.

We had Owen give us a quote to remove our 30+ year old duradeck, replace a rotting deck post, remove old exterior stairs and build onto the existing back deck.
Owen was the ONLY contractor that saw the rotting post! We had 4 other contractors come by and they never saw it! We were happy Owen noticed it.
All of the trades were incredible and kind and they worked hard tearing it all apart & rebuilding it.
Everything looks exactly how we envisioned it!

I installed gutter guards on a house that had their roof done recently by NOR Renovations. and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of work 10/10 best roof I've seen in a decade easily, you guys did an amazing job. I'll definitely recommend you to any and everyone who asks about their roof.

We had NOR replace 5 windows, replace soffits, install fascia and a continuous gutter with downspout. Shuswap Vinyl Sundecks did an excellent job of repairing and resurfacing our veranda. The carpenter repairing the decking did such nice job and used quality materials. It was almost a shame to cover it over.
The vinyl crew was also excellent. The colour and quality of the product and the attention to detail of the installers are appreciated.We would certainly recommend NOR renovations.
