Hired them to do a season of lawn treatments for 2026. He came out and measured my yard, I agreed to the price, they came out and did two treatments, paid them within 10 days, and they never came back. No call, no replies to my text messages or voicemails left, and bigger issue they quit coming in July & August, the 2 worst months for specific weeds we were targeting. I spent several hundred dollars spot spraying just to keep it at bay, but the weeds just kept coming and absolutely no response.
Then this past Thursday October 8th, he texts me to tell me I’m to far out of their range so they took me off their route. Again, no call or text telling me this until I continued to try and get answers.
I’m rating them a 0 on a star scale of 1-5. Wouldn’t refer them to my worst enemy. Terrible business operations decisions in my opinion!
They said they focus on lawn care in southern Minnesota on another persons review reply, well hate to tell you but I’m right in the heart of southern Minnesota. So customers beware as they talk a big plan but cannot follow through!!

Sprayed God knows what on my lawn instead of the neighbors lawn. I very much like my natural lawn and the wildlife that comes with it. I don't know the long term damage, but just going outside, my yard STINKS. My house number is clearly marked right where they left the bill.

They were supposed to come out and quote an irrigation install and didn’t show up. A week later I called and they tried to give a rough quote without seeing my yard. Then proceeded to say they don’t really do irrigation anymore. They should have been very transparent to begin with and communicated if they couldn’t make it out to quote.

Knowledgeable, and affordable. A great locally-owned, family business. Why anyone would give their money to a big franchise, and allow their money to leave town, is baffling.
