Chicken was crispy and fresh. No pickles like I asked fries were pretty fresh and crispy. Only problem was the side of buttermilk dipping sauce ranch that I asked for was rancid completely sour cashier claim said they just received that package of ranch in, but it was definitely gone bad. I don’t know if it was not Put into the refrigerator or just left out it was bad they did replace it with a honey mustard that was fine.

Have went to this location twice. Both times I ordered the popcorn shrimp only for them to be out.
Another problem I encountered on both visits is a price discrepancy between kiosk and counter. The price on my 2nd visit was over a dollar more than what the kiosk showed.
This cannot and should not continue.

Will never return. They are adding something into the coating mix for the chicken. It tasted very weird and has a very strong after taste that lingers for quite a while. I've eaten Popeyes for years throughout the country. The food is not supposed to taste that way. I got very weird vibes from the employees. When they first opened there were normal employees working there. This time the ones making the food in the kitchen and the cashier were weird. They were all staring at us in a real weird manner. It was creepy. I'm not sure what is going on there or what "seasoning" or additive they're adding to the batter for the chicken there but it isn't right.

Really cute place to sit and grab some chicken 😁 The seasoning on the chicken is a little less than desired. But the dipping sauce helps with that. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are great!! The biscuits are really buttery and we love them.
