Our experience with Wally's Carpet was great! The rep we worked with was Jake Rogers. He conducted our in home consultation, and managed the project through completion. We enjoyed working with him. He was responsive to any questions we had and made sure to follow up with anything that was pending. The vast selection and variety of products Wally's has is actually surprising compared to big box stores, at a competitive price point. We ended up going with a light colored laminate to replace the flooring that came with our house. It totally transformed the look! We'll definitely keep Wally's top of mind if we decide to do any more flooring projects in the future. Our only nitpick was that took the installer needed to make multiple trips to our house to finish minor touch ups. Other than that we were very happy with the customer service and quality of work.

We dealt with Kevin in San Bernardino who went above and beyond in helping us choose the right product for our needs. We first thought about vinyl flooring, then laminate, to finally tile. Kevin was very patient with us and answered our zillion questions before finally choosing tile. It looks beautiful in our two bedrooms and Juan, their installer, did a fantastic job. There was one little area, a one inch step down, that needed a creative solution and Juan came up with the perfect idea. Thanks Kevin, Juan and Wallyscarpet, we are very happy with our new floors!

Attention to detail was amazing. I loved the quality installation of my porcelain tile (porcelain wood- look planks, 1800+ SQ feet). I have installed the same tile myself and feel I do a pretty good job ... This team exceeded my skills and what I expected. They finished on time. They finished according to the established budget. They were friendly and worked well with us. Our floors are beautiful and we appreciate the service. Of course, I do recommend them for a quality installation.

I also hired this company to install my baseboards. I feel they did an excellent job.

Thank you for a job well done. You get what you pay for ... However, their prices were very reasonable and competitive.

Communication was great! Kevin went above and beyond to keep us informed of the schedule and progress of the work. We had multiple jobs going at once and the transition was seamless. We had flooring and shower tile installed and Wally's tile installer Joey did a Phenomenal job with the layout and design! Thank you, thank you! I would recommend Wally's for your flooring and tiling needs!

Wally’s Carpet did a great job installing carpet in our house. They came up to Oak Hills which was nice, I worked with Chris. He was really easy to communicate with, wrote out a clear quote, and when a tiny issue arose, he handled it immediately and on a weekend. They sent a big crew to get the job completed in one day. The crew was friendly and easy to be around, best of all, they cleaned up after themselves. I had to leave before they finished and when I came back I was surprised to see they cut me a doormat for me out of my left over carpet, it made me laugh. Great work, great team.
