Very pleased with the services received at Northside Collision. This is my second time using Northside Collision in collaboration with my Auto insurance. I referred my cousin to them when she needed work done. They give you updates throughout the process, which is nice. This time around, I had my car earlier than expected.

Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly and the repairs were completed ahead of time. They texted updates frequently so I never had to wonder or question. It’s a great place to take your vehicle

Above and beyond customer service! From the moment I dropped my car off, Ashley Osborne did a complete walk through of what to expect, time lines, inspected the vehicle with me, and provided clarification on any questions I had! When your car is involved in an accident, you are already on edge and she did a phenomenal job at reassuring me and was super sweet & knowledgeable on top of it! My car was even done earlier than expected and the whole process was so easy! I’d definitely recommend 10/10!!

Let me start off by saying, I've heard good things about this place until it came to my own experience. I would've left a good review had I received at least 1 of the 2 call backs I was promised. They had the opportunity to make it right. They did work on my truck, said they replaced the entire door skin, they did not, and they never even bothered to get the dents out. Will not return, and will never recommend to anyone. All this work was done by their "A GUY" in camillus.

What an amazing shop, they get you in and out. They pay attention to every single detail. I couldn't be more happy! Ashley is a wonderful person, super kind and friendly! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car for body repairs!

Update: I was back 8 months later because a storm took out my car. Ashley is by far the picture perfect person for customer care as an estimator. Always called me and kept me up to date on my car. My car came back to me show room perfect and on time! They will always be my car doctor!
