I had an amazing experience at Shelby's Legendary Shawarma located at 575 Princess St Unit 107, Kingston, ON K7L 1E1.
Even though I don't speak English very well, Manmeet treated me with exceptional kindness, patience, and respect. She took the time to understand what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. She never made me feel embarrassed because of the language barrier, and her warm smile and professionalism made me feel truly welcome.
The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and it made my visit even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Manmeet for her outstanding service and genuine kindness. She represents the restaurant in the best possible way. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend Shelby's Legendary Shawarma to anyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service. A well-deserved five-star experience!

I ordered the Famous Bowl and was pretty disappointed this time. The portion size was very small compared to the price I paid, and the vegetables seemed lifeless and not fresh at all. Previously, they had different bowl sizes which felt more reasonable, but now I’m not sure what changed. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the money.

I got a chicken shawarma wrap. It was pretty good but I have had better. For shawarma chains in Ontario I would say Shelbys wins in taste. I ordered spicy shawarma and most the spicy sauce was at the end of the shawarma which was annoying but not a big deal

Great location closer to Downton Kingston. Friendly staff. Lots of self order kiosks to help through rush hours. Real competitive pricing for a trendy new location compared to the 401 Damascus shawarma.
But wish quantity was same. Ordered legendary wrap(biggest), came in bigger size cover but actual wrap was smaller than regular size in other stores.

Yum. I’ve gotten the traditional chicken wrap 2x now and happy both times. Got the 3x Samosas and they were also really good with the spicy garlic dip.

Hands down the best shawarma in Kingston — maybe even in all of Canada!
The meat is juicy and perfectly seasoned, the chicken is full of flavor, and the bread is always fresh. Don’t even get me started on the crispy fries and addictive sauces!
The place is super clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they care about quality.
If you’re in Kingston or just passing through, Shelby’s Shawarma is a must-try. You’ll keep coming back!

I’ve been to Shelby’s three times now and every visit has been excellent. The shawarma is absolutely delicious – definitely one of the best I’ve had! I had a Legendary Wrap.
No personal service. You order from a screen. You are prompted for a tip before you have experienced anything.

Normally, I like a sense of humour, but legendary? Not funny. It is tiny. I thought I was given the wrong order.

The wrap was chewy, and the meat was poor quality. The food did, however, have lots of flavour.

I'm sure all the staff are very good. But the second time I went, the doner was unbelievably bad. In fact, it wasn't even doner. I had a wrap made of overcooked dry meat cubes. I wanted to eat a thinly sliced doner. And unfortunately that's what I got. When I talked to the employee, he told me that the bottom of the doner was left and they couldn't cut it thinly, so they cooked the remaining part on a flat surface and served it that way. Note: I didn't take the last doner, I bought this doner at 5pm. There is a price for selling doners, you cannot sell the last doner to a customer like that. You can give them to the homeless or otherwise them. But you can't sell me these tasteless meat cups for 12 dollars. I came with my family, and I wasted 40 bucks.

Best shawarma place. Food is good they make fresh wraps. The meat is really good. Remind me the middle Eastern shawrma. The seasoning for there Fries is so yummy too. The staff is wearing a proper uniform. I hope they open one in quinte west area.

Food is great. Had their legendary beef+ lamb and chicken shawarma. Both times it was good.

The kunefe is surprisingly very good. Wasn’t expecting it to be that good.

Place is a little small, but thats all.

Food was amazing and staff were very courteous. This is a new location and quite busy on weekdays as well. We tried traditional chicken shawarma bite box and rice/fries chicken bowl. This was enough for 2 people.

Sitting space is limited so takeout recommended. Overall great place to eat!
