I saw the billboard and went in to get braces. Found out about all of the additional fees and left. I called back twice to ask questions about the quotes I received, and both times the person on the phone belittled me and was very argumentative. I spoke with a woman first, in about three days later, a young man. They were very annoyed that I had questions and didn’t want to spend time answering them, so my follow up appointment was never scheduled. Separately , it’s almost as if this dental office punishes you for being their ortho patient but not standard dental patient by the fees they charge.

I had an amazing experience with the entire team at Munster Distinctive Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcomed! They all took the time to get to know me over the years, remembering details about my visits, and created such a comfortable and friendly environment (special shout out to my ortho assistant Biana!) That level of personal care really sets this office apart.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail my orthodontist put into my treatment. Every step of the process was carefully explained, and it was clear that he was focused on achieving the best possible results for my specific case! He paid close attention to even the smallest adjustments, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with both my results and the experience. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who truly cares about their patients and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Dr. Falasz and his extraordinary team!

After 14 months of braces for my daughter, I just want to say how truly amazing this dental office has been! From the very beginning, the entire staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made every visit a positive experience for my daughter.

What impressed us most was how comfortable they kept her throughout the entire process. She was never in pain, and the team always took the time to explain everything and make sure she felt at ease. Scheduling appointments was also super easy and flexible, which made a big difference for our busy schedule.

A very special shoutout to Diana for all of her hard work and care along the way—and for doing such a great job removing my daughter’s braces! We are so grateful for everything you’ve done and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Dr. Rodger is amazing. Gentle, very friendly. checks on the how the patient is feeling often, does excellent work. Is helps patient get the best care regardless of their financial situation. Most of the dentists here are pretty good. My daughter has her braces done here and im very happy with it so far. However, my experience with Dr. Hader has been absolutely terrible. Multiple fillings she put in fall out, i was to have my teeth whitened in my plan she made up as well and she started having fillings put in before the whitening and now they will not match. I had to have a tooth pulled and she took it put in pieces and needed the help of another dentist, which ok I get happens, but the last and final straw was when she filled 3 side cavities and left my mouth in pain for weeks, i went back, she said it was inconclusive and wanted to send me off to an endodontric dentist. Absolutely worst dentist ive ever had. Shes nice, very nice, but a terrible dentist. Ive never had so many issues with having to go back and get refilled because it came off, pain and mess as i have with this dentist. All the other ones seem to be great as far as i know but definitely steer clear of Dr. Hader. Hate to put a review like this but it is what it is.

Jamii was excellent in my care. very sweet and well mannered and always willing to help out if there’s a problem. I definitely suggest coming here. It’s always a pleasure with all the girls like Judy, Tatiana and Sara, the manager. They’re so nice and courteous. The doctors like Dr. Helosco and Dr. Rogers are awesome. My experience at Munster Distinctive Dentistry has been absolutely amazing. I came in not confident about smiling and once my braces were off I love my smile and now I smile all the time. The Doctor and them team are extremely nice, caring and supportive. They want you to have an amazing smile as well and their dedication and commitment to making that happen shows in their work. My children and I have been patients at Munster Distinctive Dentistry for 13 years (and going). We have had many wonderful visits and met many milestones throughout the years. Most recently, my daughter and I were treated for orthodontic braces and overbite issues and Dr Farasz has been nothing short of professional, kind, thorough, and positive. He and his staff are amazing and work very hard and well together. I am now braces free and just in time for my wedding! I usually have a great experience here I've been coming to Munster Distinctive Dentistry for over 10 years. The assistant didn't wear gloves to set up the tray for my visit; and for everything else she had to prepare. This gave me huge anxiety not knowing if she had clean hands. Patients are usually faced the opposite way of the technicians so we don't normally see how they prepare things. I left uncertain if they clean counters and doorknobs and honestly I just felt worried and scared.

Muster Distinctive Density is the BEST ever. The staffing from the receptionist area all the way to the back are the absolute best. They make you feel at home, safe and comfortable.
