Through no fault of her own, my 17 yr old daughter was involved in a car accident and her vehicle was written off. Our insurance company gave us the run around and we were unable to secure a rental car for her due to her age. Zaheeda from Affordable took a chance on us and rented her a car so she could get back and forth to school and work. Zaheeda was super patient, professional and showed such kindness with my daughter in the situation she was in. Communicating with Zaheeda was so easy, she was extremely helpful and we ended up buying a great car from her. I would recommend Zaheeda and her company to anyone who is looking for honesty, integrity and fairness. She truly took the time to understand what we needed and treated us like more than just a customer. A family run business with a community oriented mentality … I would suggest calling her first, you won’t regret it.

A few weeks ago, I was in a car accident and rear-ended someone. I lost my beloved Audi S4, and the whole experience was overwhelming, stressful, and frankly, heartbreaking. One of my first calls was to Affordable Car & Truck Rental in Sutton, and I am so grateful I made it.

When something like this happens—especially navigating insurance, being on my own, and trying to figure out the next steps—it is a lot. The staff there took over, and the anxiety I was carrying was replaced with reassurance, compassion, and genuine kindness. They even tried to find me a rental that looked similar to my Audi because they knew how attached I was to it. Who does that? They made me feel cared for, not just like another rental agreement.

The process was seamless from start to finish. They handled the back-and-forth with insurance, they put me in a beautiful Honda Civic, and dropping it off was just as easy as picking it up. I never want anyone to go through an accident, but if you find yourself suddenly without a vehicle and unsure where to turn, this is where you want to go. Dependable, affordable, and genuinely good people.

Thank you again to the entire team. You made a very difficult situation so much easier.

A wonderful business! I rented a vehicle in order to attend a wedding and Zaheeda was delightful and incredibly helpful. The car was great to drive, and overall my experience with Affordable was one I’d happily recommend to others!

We had a terrific experience renting a Honda Odyssey minivan from Affordable Car & Truck rental in Sutton. Zaheeda was helpful, courteous, and helped us get the right car for our family trip to Niagara Falls. Will certainly rent from here again. 10/10 would recommend!
