I had an issue with Bolton location and Rajnit didn’t just tell me to go back to that manager like the rest of managers do. She helped me out even though she didn’t have to. I highly recommend this location to all my friends and families

The lady who processed my reservation, her name is bubble. Very professional and accommodating. Helped us even when the system was down. Found us a solution to our problem in very quick time. She deserves a raise and promotion. Best customer service rep I have ever been in contact with.

I've used this U-Haul before and on this occasion, I was impressed with the big change in the staffs customers service skills. They were more courteous and helpful in helping me to make my choice of vehicle and getting everything set up towards my pickup date. My return was also a great experience and I will go back to this location the next time I am in need of a vehicle rental. Keep up the good work!

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at U-Haul. The employees were rude and showed an attitude without any apparent reason. Instead of helping resolve issues directly, they kept telling us to contact customer service for every problem. Because of the delays and lack of support, we arrived late to an important event.
They also blocked three accounts without providing a clear explanation. We felt harassed and treated unfairly throughout the process. As vendors, we expected professional service, respectful communication, and a reasonable effort to help resolve issues. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on how we were treated, I would not recommend this location
