If I could give 0 stars I would. I worked with Rosie , Umut, and Dan. Each provided their own version of a run around to the point where they pretended they did not receive an email, intentionally disconnected the line , and postured as if the gatekeeper of any pertinent information were not able to be questioned. I do not recommend using this banking branch as they are not operating in a fashion similar to other Wells Fargo operations. Be careful .

We had an amazing service from Umut Yasar. He was very helpful, responsive commutative and knowledgeable. His ability to lead the matter end to end and come to the fruitful conclusion should be really appreciated. Give this guy a raise!

Edit: I came back again and another member of the team - Umut, was able to resolve my request for paperwork without any problem. I cannot rave enough about this Wells Fargo location, you feel like home while being in a downtown setting!

Ahh! This used to be E*Trade. Remember that! They just opened another one in Lincoln Park this week (see review). I used the teller. The staff and service are excellent.
