At Holy Taco, al pastor is the name of the game. It's well seasoned and cook, so if you like al pastor, you'll love Holy Taco. We ordered the Taco Al Pastor, Taco Al Pastor With Cheese, Gringa, and Torta. The gringa and torta are the play here. The gringa is loaded and the tortilla keeps all the savory goodness together, and the torta uses soft and fluffy bread. The torta on its own is satisfying, but could use one taco on the side to make sure you leave happy. The tacos are good, but I didn't care for the taco tortilla. The green salsa is really good. The other two salsas have healthy heat to them.

The service was good and friendly. When your order is ready, the kitchen rings a bell and the number is called over a speaker. It's an effective system. Plenty of space in the dining room, and more parking is on the side of the building if the few available spots are taken. I enjoyed my visit and will eat here again.

I had the Alambre and it was incredible! The service was quick and very kind! The meat was cooked very well and well seasoned. The salsas were delicious and well made. I would give it 10 starts if I could! I would absolutely recommend!

Tried the tacos al pastor, and they were pretty good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I recommend if you’re craving Mexican food. 🌮

We love Holy Taco in Provo and were excited when they opened this location in PG! Tacos are great, the Al Pastor has great flavor and is not dry. We love the pineapple on the tacos. Also love the sauces!

They only offer al pastor, but they do it well! I wish they’d offer more for some variety. Staff was nice and restaurant was clean. Food came out quickly.

Fair prices, especially for drinks and the kids quesadilla. We’ll be back!

Food was yummy. Like YUMMY. We will be back for that.
We got the nachos, that they gave a lot of meat and cheese which was great. Everything tasted so good.
The inside felt cold & boring which is why I gave it a 3 star on atmosphere. There were some dirty tables as well while the cashier was sitting on his phone and cooks were in back doing ???
I also was a little bugged that I was asked for a tip at purchase and they didn’t bring us our food or drinks or anything.
Service was good, but we had to walk to window and pick up our food.
