Had a broken pipe under the house that soaked the sub-floor. I called the insurance company, and Cameron from Paul Davis Restoration came out that evening and identified the source of the leak. He recommended a couple of plumbing companies when I asked, and the one I called came out the next day and repaired the damaged pipe (as well as a couple more that I knew also need to be replaced) in 3.5 hours! Cameron also coordinated with the insurance company and had his company pack up and remove our stuff from the affected area and store it for the remediation.

They removed the kitchen counters and flooring, as well as the sheetrock that was affected by the water leak, and then dried the whole area with heaters and fans. The only delay was due to the asbestos in the sheetrock because they had to get an asbestos abatement company to do the sheetrock removal.

Cameron was patient and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. I have no desire to go through this again, but if I ever find myself here, I will definitely call Paul Davis again.

Paul Davis were hired by my insurance company following water damage at my property. They showed up a few hours after my call and started mitigation the damage that evening. Did a fantastic job, while keeping good communication. Highly recommend.

Last July 2025 our refrigerator was leaking, causing the oak floor to warp. Our insurance company sent Paul Davis Restoration for mitigation. They also put in new flooring, but in 4-6 weeks the floor was cracking. When I called the insurance claims adjuster about the problems with the work done on the floors, he said it was our responsibility to fix the floor. What? I responded that it was his responsibility and it needed to be fixed. After that initial complaint call in September, he wouldn't return my calls or texts. I tried calling Paul Davis Restoration directly and a nice young man came to view the damage and said that they could definitely do the repairs. But they didn't. Finally, a project manager, Jay Taylor, called, came to assess the damage, and set to work having the repairs done. We had never had anything like this happen before, never had a homeowner's claim, and he was so kind to answer questions, keep us in the loop, and complete the job. It took 6 and a half months because of the lack of response and support of the insurance company, but the end result is beautiful. In fact, the insurance claims adjuster even closed the claim before the job was completed. We are so thankful for Jay's expertise, determination in trying to work with everyone involved with the job, the exceptional workers he brought in, and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone from Paul Davis Restoration. It is so wonderful to have a company stand by their reputation of quality work. Thank you, Jay and Paul Davis Restoration.

I’m VERY THANKFUL for the PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION team! Everyone was profession, respectful of my home and belongings, fast and efficient, attentive to details!
A leaking elbow joint on a pipe in the wall of the master bathroom (upstairs) caused water damage in the floors, walls, and ceilings of the master bathroom, laundry room (downstairs) and garage. It became obvious when sheetrock in the laundry room turned to mush. Water flooded the furnace causing it to stop working. The insulation in the wall between the laundry room and garage was drenched. I had no idea how long the leak had been there and I feared that mold could be an issue if it went unchecked. Someone recommended Paul Davis Restoration in Lynnwood. I could not be HAPPIER! When I called and they sent out a team to provide an estimate, they had industrial strength dehumidifiers, heaters and fans and went right to work setting up multiple devices in each area. They sealed of each room with zippered plastic over the doorways, minimizing the impact of the demolition on the rest of the house. In the garage they put up a tent to allow the dehumidifier and fans to be most effective. The cleaned the areas thoroughly and put tape over every electrical cord to minimize any trip hazards. They returned daily to check the status of the dry-out project. When returning to check the progress, they were willing to work around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated!
I really appreciate their attention to detail and how quickly they can to my rescue! Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with.
