Kahlil was the best, very polite and professional. He came within a couple of hours of when I called Five Star. I was as amazed because it was a Saturday afternoon. I was almost sure I had to wait for days to get someone to come over in this busy time after the storms. He and his crew got the water out of the basement and offered to take anything I didn’t want that was damaged. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work.

Gerald was INCREDIBLE. I cannot thank him enough for his thoroughness, kindness, and positive attitude. Having a flooded basement is so stressful, and he was genuinely my hero. I will always, ALWAYS recommend them.

Fantastic service. The team were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Gerald, Kahlil, and Ryan did a fantastic job and were very reassuring at a stressful time. Ryan also came out and did a marvelous job with carpet cleaning. I have no reservations on giving these guys the highest review possible.

Rapid Response Restoration and the whole team at Five Star was amazing from initial point of contact through completion of the job at hand. We had flooding in our finished basement and they had a plumber out to our house within 2 hours of our first call. Over the next few weeks, Dale, Chris, Preston, Brad and the other guys became a part of our family. They all truly treated our home as if it was their own or a close family member's house. All the crews were extremely respectful and it was an extra blessing knowing that they weren't just fixing the issue(s) but were also covering the job with prayers. We have already recommended this outfit to another family member who needed their assistance as well as a friend who had basement flooding. And our family will recommend Rapid Restoration/Five Star again for someone else in need of their services!
