We had a small area of water damage behind our washer. Jeff came out to do a mold inspection. He was awesome! He did our inspection, some moisture found but not alarming and only in a small area (less than 1sq ft). He said he did could do the remediation but in such a small area he would hate to make us pay for something that could be DYI. He gave us the DYI advice in person and later texted it to me as well. What service! This makes me trust this company. I would highly recommend.

We were replacing our flooring and discovered mold. Fortunately, a friend had a great experience with Resto Clean, so we called them and they were exceptional to work with from beginning to end of the mold mitigation process. Nathan, Brian, Daniel, Joe, Cassie and Paula were each outstanding in keeping us informed, doing a thorough job, and protecting the rest of our home from the mold. They were quick, reasonably priced, and responsive to our concerns. We highly recommend Resto Clean!

Grayson provided excellent customer service. He spent the time to discover the issue in my bathroom and patiently explained the problem. I had to have someone from his company back related to the same job after an inspection from a plumber and I requested Grayson to come out to complete it.

Daniel came out to give me a second opinion on mold that was found in the crawl. The 1st company had quoted me over $7,000 for remediation. Daniel examined the mold in question, cleaned and treated it, and repositioned vapor barrier that had been left out of place previously. When he came back up from the crawl, I asked him what I owed him. He told me $0. He said the issue was so small that he did not need to charge me. This company is so honest and efficient. I highly recommend them!

I had a water intake line for a toilet tank separate at the connection point on the toilet tank and very quickly send a torrent of water into the bathroom, hall, 2 guest bedrooms, my entryway to the home, the crawlspace and duct work. Cody answered my initial call for water removal and was there with the vaccuum within 20min and started initial clean-up. Amanda and Jerod arrived within minutes and worked tirelessly for 5-6 hours removing baseboards, loosening carpets, testing for moisture content, and setting fans and dehumidifiers. Mitigation processs that was done that evening was explained step by step. Nathan Leslie, my project manager for mitigation came with Daniel and Q the next morning and explained what would untimately be required to mitigate the damage. Daniel and Q were very efficient, knowledgeable, patient with this overwhelmed 74y.o., kind, and extremely respectful of my possessions that had to be removed and stored. They carried out all duties required to get to sub-floor, remove water from crawl-space, test levels and position fans etc. They excellently cleaned all 5 room areas at the end of the mitigaion process.

I could not have handled this unexpected disaster without Nathan Leslie, my project supervisor. He was alway available for my questions and explained the whole process of the very foreign concept, to me, of damage mitigation. He is working directly with my insurance and has gone far beyond required contact to insure I was comfortable with my crew, how long the entire process would take, insure my understanding of all phases, and genuinely cared about my comfort level with what steps needed to be done to prevent further damage. Mitigation is complete, but Nathan continues to be there to make my transition to Restoration as professional and comfortable as possible.

Jeff has also been to my home to insure all aspects of clean-up are on schedule, highest quality, and professsionally conducted by staff is a timely, courteous, and efficient.
