Let me start by saying we are thrilled with how our pool turned out. Our designer/salesperson Ben took our ideas and inspiration pictures and designed a beautiful pool. After speaking with two other builders and reviewing their design ideas, Denali and Ben’s design was by far our top choice. Our superintendent/project manager, Dan, was absolutely amazing throughout. His work ethic and high expectations came through on a daily basis. His daily communication really helped keep our expectations clear and he was quick to answer any and all questions I had. We did have a pretty major setback in the build, but it wasn’t anything that could have been foreseen. Dan and Ben worked together to determine what needed to be done to resolve the issue and get the build back on track. Now we are ready for a hot Texas summer that can be spent in the new pool!

Denali Pools San Antonio designed and constructed a beautiful pool that represents technical mastery of their trade. Ben designed a tiered layout that follows the natural elevation and grade of our land, and Dan managed the construction of the project to perfect completion.

We spoke to multiple pool designers and Ben's design was the only one that considered how we imagine the pool being used and the tricky elevation of our graded backyard.

Dan's project management skills maintained consistent goal completion throughout the project. He provided feedback for every step of the construction process, answered questions at any time of day, and went above and beyond to complete the project. I never felt stressed or worried for any portion of the construction process.

Highly recommend this company. Ben was great and did an excellent job designing the pool and recommending two skimmers.

Let me start by saying that Katelyn, the project manager, was extraordinary, professional, and handled every issue I threw at her without hesitation or hassle. I’ve dealt with many many companies over the years for various projects and one thing I’ve learned, is no matter what company you use, if the project is big enough, there will always be problems. I expected this of course with a pool. Problems are unavoidable when using a myriad of sub-contractors. As I expected, issues would creep up here and there throughout the project.

Where Denali and Katelyn truly shine are addressing these issues quickly and without hassle. There was never a question or argument when it came to fixing or adjusting things. She just got it done. Further, Katelyn communicated nearly every day throughout the project to update me on things, even if there was nothing scheduled for the day. Communication was the number one thing for me and she and Denali nailed it.
Ultimately the pool came out great! If you are looking for a pool builder. Stop. Look no further. You may find a cheaper builder out there, but trust me when I say, the extra money pays itself off rather quickly in lack of frustration. Thank you Denali, Katelyn and the rest of the team for your hard work.

Update 2/25/2026: After the freeze, there was a crack in the autofill pipe. Katelyn and Denali immediately came out and fixed the issue and improved it - hassle free. Continued customer service and communication beyond completion of the pool is rare across industries today. Well worth investing in this company.

After researching several pool companies and getting bids and designs from 5 different companies, I chose to have Denali build our new pool. Grant did an amazing job with the design and helped me stay within my budget. Katelyn kept me informed with daily updates throughout the entire process. She always responded promptly anytime I called or text her with a question. The project was completed ahead of schedule despite having some rain delays. We absolutely love how everything turned out. Grant & Katelyn made the entire process very easy and stress free. I highly recommend Denali if you’re in the market for a new pool.

We recently completed our pool with Denali Pools, and overall, we’re very pleased with the experience. Katelyn oversaw the construction from start to finish, and Chandler handled the design.

While we had hoped the project would be completed a few weeks earlier, we understand that certain delays with trades are often beyond anyone’s control. Katelyn was very involved throughout the process and caught several items that needed improvement along the way. The process wasn’t perfect—few construction projects are—but any concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally.

We’re extremely happy with the design and final product—it’s beautiful and receives many compliments. There were a few issues with tile work that had to be redone (more than once), but Denali took care of it without hesitation.

Denali is a medium-sized company with a growing presence in the San Antonio area. Don’t let their size deter you from reaching out for a consultation. In fact, one of the benefits of working with a company their size is the personal attention they provide throughout the process—something we noticed compared to friends who built with larger companies.

If you’re considering building a pool, definitely give Denali Pools a call. We’re glad we did, and we’re enjoying our new backyard oasis!

Working with Denali throughout the design, building, and final construction of our custom pool has been amazing! Whitney did a great job taking our ideas and making it a reality. Danny, our project manager, has helped us along the process in every phase. He is responsive and helpful when questions arise no matter the time. We've had a few hiccups with the bubbler not working properly and he has been getting plumbers out here to troubleshoot the issue even though our pool is complete. Danny has come by several times to ensure every step of the pool construction was running smoothly and properly. We love everything about our pool and HIGHLY recommend Denali for your pool needs.

Denali Pools built a beautiful pool for us at our new house. Our prior pool built by a different company had ASR and had to be filled in so we were very concerned about who built our next pool. Travis and Danny did a great job designing as well as constructing our pool. They also built the deck and installed the marble pavers over the deck and pool coping. The pool was built approximately 15 feet above ground due to the slope of our backyard and required special engineering which Denali handled. The build process had very few issues to deal with and the communication was excellent. They have an app that you download that has regular updates published to it with photos. We really love our pool, patio and backyard area now. I would highly recommend Denali Pools.

Denali Pools built our pool and did an excellent job keeping us informed of timelines, next steps, etc. After our pool was built the customer service was great, and for the small warranty issues we submitted the team worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. Gabriel in particular followed up to make sure everything was resolved as needed. Definitely encourage other families to consider Denali Pools when building their own.
