Our Keith Zars pool tech is excellent. She takes a personal interest ion the health and appearance of our pool, and has the skills and knowledge to keep it in top shape. She is very consistent in her high level of service and responsive to any input or requests we give her. She is pro-active in approaching us with questions or any concerns she has about our pool. She is backed up by her office who have been responsive to any requests we've had and who provide good substitutes when our assigned pool tech is not available. Job consistently well done by Jessica and her Keith Zars team!

Pool is in horrible shape right now. I have to call constantly to get them to do things correctly. It’s really easy to do and for some reason they can’t get it done correctly. I’m not there regularly or I would do it myself like I used to.

Edit. Brian has called me and assured that he has everything under control. It appears from my cameras there they have switched techs out and I think that a good thing. So far pool looks great. Thank you Brian.

Damian, our pool technician is terrific. He listens to our preferences for chlorine to be maintained at the lowest possible level and still manages to always keep our pool sparkling and ready for fun! We appreciate him and Keith Zars for creating and keeping our pool in tip top shape.

Zars pool does a great job. I know with confidence that anything that goes wrong will get fixed on a timely basis. They are always courteous over the phone as well as technicians.
I am happy to have had my pool built by Zars and maintained as well.
