I recently had the pleasure of working with Pinch A Penny, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the first contact, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my inquiries.The technicians who came to my home were not only highly skilled but also very courteous. They took the time to explain the maintenance process and answered all my questions. They completed the job within the promised timeframe, which is refreshing in the service industry.
I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely continue to use their services for all my pool maintenance needs.

I spent a lot of money at Pinch-a-Penny to treat black Algie in my pool only to be told they wanted a service call to clean my carriage filters. I had another provider come out (Poolie) and they told me all I needed was some chlorine shock. I had been using Pinch-a-Penny's refillable Chlorine they make on site. This is how I got the black Algie. When it was tested it had very little Chlorine in it. When I brought this to their attention they took no responsibility. I recommend you shop anywhere else. Walmart has better products, or Amazon. I recommend Poolie (formerly Fiesta Pools) for any pool service needs.

I would never use this company again. They do not
communicate with there customers unless the are chsrging you.
The agreement was for more then one pool . One of the main things that was requested before signing the contract was to have the same peraon all the time along with the same day. Which they agreeed !! They didnt bother letting us know when they changed people with each new person came. No
experience, and being short handed
Not my problem.. Just expected them to keep the agreement.
They would forget the correct equipment for the pool. The one good pool guy there was moved up within the company. They were even
tipped extra to make sure the pool was done by him and to be ready for
opening day. Did not happen !!!
They had several excuses why they could not make good on the promises. The next thing was blaming breaks on old equipment all the time. The pool has never had so many problems or parts break till we starting using this company. Then there is a owner that is not friendly at all . Tends to debate every concern unless it cost more money in his pocket
