I moved to this state a year and a half ago. I asked myself why did it take me this long to try this place. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, the staff were outstanding. My wife and I are wanting to move to Blaine from downtown Minneapolis and we came here this morning to take a drive around the neighborhoods. I made a reservation a few days before because every time we would go past other locations they were packed. The moment we stepped inside the Blaine location we were immediately greeted by Jason one of the managers. He made us feel welcomed and already had a table set for us with menus. I love great service as soon as I enter an establishment because that shows to me that my whole experience is going to be exceptional, from the friendly waitress to the delicious food. I ordered the Hope breakfast that included 2 eggs that I ordered over medium, hash browns, choice of bacon or sausage and a piece of sourdough toast with jam. I do not eat meat and I was so excited that they had VEGAN sausage that I was able to swap out ($2.00 extra). My eggs were perfect, delicious crispy hash browns but not overcooked, flavorful vegan sausage, delightful buttery piece of toast with a sweet berry jam. I would definitely get this dish again. My wife ordered the Farm Grazer which included tofu, flash fried greens, carrots, potatoes, pickled red cabbage, edamame, quinoa and a couple slices of avocado. The tofu was perfectly cooked with a light crisp texture, the flash fried greens were amazing, the potatoes and carrots were cooked perfectly without being mushy. The flavors were spot on. We will definitely be back and if we do end up moving to Blaine this will be our go to spot for breakfast. Can’t wait to try all the other “veg friendly” dishes and trust me, there are plenty to choose from.

Picked here to celebrate birthdays. No regrets, love the menu and so many drink options. Favorite item in our group was the bagel crisps appetizer, and the sauce for pancakes was fabulous along with the pancakes of course. Disappointment was no gluten free batter for french toast. Will definitely return sooner than later.

Oh my.. I can't say enough about this restaurant. I love the concept and the food is amazing! I had the Elvis French toast. I have never heard of peanut butter cream cheese before but it was amazing with real homemade maple syrup. WoW! My son had their banana bread cakes - wow! Mini donuts 🍩 with chocolate ganache was so good. We definitely ate too much. They have cards on the table where you can write down anything you want the staff to pray over - what a cool concept!!! It totally makes a person feel heard and not alone. This restaurant was an amazing experience, great food and unbelievable staff - so friendly! I'm taking everyone I know to this restaurant. It's a feel good place to eat- again I love the concept but the food for sure will have you coming back. They recommend making a reservation because they get busy. There are a lot of food choices vegan, gluten free and more.

Some of the best breakfast I’ve had, really. 🙌🏾 I ordered the farmer grazer with spicy tofu and JustEgg. The whole dish was seriously flavorful, the potatoes were so good and everything went well together. It was also a very sizable portion. I also had an iced oat milk latte with vanilla that was very well crafted. The service was very kind and attentive for being so busy. I enjoyed the atmosphere with the barista area, and engaging wall art. I would absolutely come back here!

Was very excited to try this new place in Blaine. I had been to the West Ends location once. Took a dear friend out for breakfast and it was really good with big portions. The coffee is good. The ambiance is fun, very modern. It's not your typical breakfast food, I would categorize this as a "foodie" place if you're into that. I'm not a breakfast snob, but it was super good. Great service, nice waitress. Happy Blaine is getting more restaurant options. We ordered the Hope Breakfast and a side of French Toast - we couldn't eat it all. Pictured below is the Vietnamese Coffee and the Butterscotch Latte which were both delicious!
