Roof Rangers came highly recommended to me, responded quickly and professionally to my initial request, provided a timely and reasonable quote and completed all work (including cleanup) with great skill. I am trustee with the UMC and will recommend them to do other work for us without hesitation.

Recently had a roof done by Roof Rangers and was satisfied with the job. They did a full tear off, Installed step flashing/ with Azek trim, Ice/Water Shield, Chimney Flashing, Installed a new skylight. ~ 1800SQFT Roof

Jeff, the salesperson gave an incredibly detailed quote for the job and broke down all of our options and took his time to go through them with me. He was very informative and helpful in choosing the right options to fit our needs. He was very transparent and not pushy at all during the sales process.

Luis' and his crew did a great job on the roof, they worked very efficiently and were very considerate of the property. Tyler the Project manager was very focused on making sure that we were satisfied with the job Luis' crew did and was quick to address any concerns along the way. Extra props to Luis and his crew for working so hard from Sun up to Sun down in such hot weather, they deserve high praises and a bonus for how hard they work.

My only notes of improvement would be for the communication to be better during the scheduling process/ when the crews arrive. I was contacted the morning of their arrival saying that they were on the way, then told by another person an hour later that they would be there the next day instead, only for them to arrive unannounced a few hours later on the original day scheduled.
This was only an issue as I wanted to be there when they started the job and also needed to know when I should be available to let them inside to install the skylight. By no means a major issue though , and understandable as they are a smaller operation trying to manage a few projects at a time.

All in all I thought they did a great job at a fair price, and felt very confident in having them do our roof for us. They also have a lifetime workmanship warranty on the job which makes us feel very secure in our choice to use them for the project.

We recently had our roof & gutters replaced, & overall had a very positive experience. I believe how a company responds when things don't go perfectly says just as much as the quality of the work itself, and both receive high praise. Jeff on the sales side was an amazing first impression for the company. He spent two hours with us inspecting both the interior & exterior of our home, documenting with photos & videos explaining what he found in detail. He showed us exposed nail heads, fiberglass, ventilation concerns, gaps in the fascia wrap, missing or deteriorating shingles, & soft spots in the roof. We discussed materials, timelines & different project options, & at no point did we feel pressured to purchase the most expensive solution. In fact, he encouraged us to do what made sense for our family financially. That honesty & transparency is what ultimately sold us. We also learned a lot about Trey the owner & his philosophy on quality. It was clear throughout the process that a great deal of thought goes into the materials the company uses & selecting products that will perform best based on each home's specific conditions, orientation, & long-term durability.
We also worked closely with Allie throughout the financing process. We initially ran into issues with one financing company, but she was incredibly patient & knowledgeable as she helped us navigate a newer financing option that ultimately allowed us to move forward. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. Macho, our coordinator, was fantastic. His communication throughout scheduling, weather changes, material deliveries, & coordination with third parties was exceptional. Anytime there was a question or miscommunication, he addressed it quickly & kept us informed. I genuinely don't know how we would have navigated such a large project without him. He was a walking support system from beginning to end & consistently made us feel at ease throughout the process. Tyler on-site was wonderful to work with on installation day. The roofing crew worked incredibly hard, completed the tear-off in impressive time, & successfully installed four new attic vents to improve ventilation in the upper portion of our roof. We did experience a few issues during the installation, some of which were simply the realities of a large, weather-dependent project, while others required good communication and follow-up from both sides. We encountered a minor leak when rain moved in unexpectedly and quickly, some miscommunication about a previously repaired area (not by roof rangers), & a few other minor concerns throughout the project. While those moments were understandably frustrating, what impressed us most wasn't that everything went perfectly—it was how the company responded. Macho was incredibly responsive every step of the way. He listened to our concerns, inspected everything, communicated, coordinated repairs quickly, & never tried to minimize or dismiss what we brought to his attention. That level of accountability & customer service speaks volumes. The gutter crew was quick, precise, & did an outstanding job. The installation was clean & the finished product looks fantastic. To wrap everything up, Mike stopped by after the project was completed to do a final walkthrough & make sure we were satisfied. He was professional, thorough, answered our remaining questions, & was the perfect final face for the company. No project is perfect, especially one as large & weather-dependent as a roof replacement. What mattered most to us was how Roof Rangers handled the unexpected. Throughout the process, we were treated with respect, our concerns were taken seriously, communication remained open, & the team consistently took ownership & worked hard to make things right. That level of accountability is what ultimately stands out to us.
We're very happy with our new roof & gutters & would genuinely recommend Roof Rangers to anyone looking for a company that stands behind its work

We hired Roof Rangers in late 2024 to replace the roofs on our house and garage. We chose them over other bids partly because of their reviews, because they marketed themselves heavily as veteran-owned, and because they advertised up to $1,000 of included wood replacement — which mattered to us, since we knew the roof had leaks and expected damaged wood. That's exactly why what happened is so frustrating: identifying and disclosing bad wood was supposed to be their job.
What actually showed up was an unsupervised subcontractor crew that spoke no English — we were left communicating through a translation app on our phones, or chasing down a foreman who was hardly ever on site. Every problem became a phone call, a wait, and a hope the message got through. And there were a lot of problems.
Our old skylights were supposed to be removed and permanently covered — a main source of our leaks. Instead, the crew prepped the whole roof to install new skylights: ice shield cut to the edges of the openings and the holes framed out, the opposite of our contract. Debris was left throughout our home, including a toilet full of wood chips I had to clean out myself. While they worked, I called the foreman and said I didn't think they knew the skylights were to be covered, not replaced — he assured me they did. Later that same day I saw them start shingling with the openings still framed and open. I had to call again before he'd phone the crew — something he could have done the first time.
That kicked off a string of roof problems:
First, rather than re-prep properly, they filled the openings with rough-cut wood. Pulling back the cardboard I'd put up to catch debris, I could see nails coming through with no wood behind them and gaps big enough to see the shingles. They only redid it after I sent photos.
Second, months later when I could finally get up a ladder, I found rough, uncut plywood poking past the drip edge all along the roof, with large gaps letting in wind and rain. Even the new decking wasn't cut cleanly. More repairs, after more complaining. Their rep even texted me, "...we love that you are ready to post especially with all the plywood you got for your home. I think you got the most plywood benefit of all our 2024 clients." I replied that the plywood wasn't a "deal" — it was in the upfront estimate we agreed on and paid for. He said, "I paid a project manager to manage in which you were happy with... What are you asking me to do now?" I told him I never said I was happy, I just want it sealed properly.
Third, and worst: the gutters they reinstalled are pulling off the house, because the fascia behind them is rotten. In places the gutters were nailed into no solid wood at all, or straight into rot that could never hold. From their own project photos and the fascia now, the rot was clearly there and visible during the job. They replaced a few small sections but left most of the rot in place, said nothing, and re-hung heavy gutters into it anyway. There's also debris packed into the soffit vents that doesn't look cleaned out.
On top of all that, after the job both bathroom vent fans stopped working at the same time, and my roof-mounted electric ice-melt cables — working fine before — were ripped off and left in a mangled pile. I was told the fans were "a coincidence," the cables "already bad," and that they'd only look at the fans if I hired my own electrician first to prove fault.
When I raised the fascia and gutter failure, I was told it would go to their "production team." I've heard nothing since, despite repeated attempts to reach them.
I don't recommend Roof Rangers. We're left with dead bathroom fans, destroyed ice-melt cables, fascia and gutters pulling off the house, debris in the soffits, and no idea what else is buried under those shingles. Photos attached, but I have many more!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Highly Recommend Roof Rangers!
I recently hired Roof Rangers for a roof replacement on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, completed in a single day.
Mike was great and easy to work with — he answered all my questions promptly, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. His communication and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free.
If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy roofing company, Roof Rangers is the one. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future needs and recommending them to friends and family!
