My experience at Buffalo Wild GO was pretty smooth from start to finish. The customer service really stood out during my visit. The employee who assisted me—a tall, dark-skinned gentleman with glasses—was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the ordering process. He made sure my order was correct and provided excellent service with a positive attitude.

As for the food, my wings came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. You could tell they were made to order because they were served at the perfect temperature and had a great texture. The sauce was well balanced and complemented the wings perfectly, making for a very enjoyable meal.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return for both the quality of the food and the excellent customer service.

I ordered Uber Eats 6/8/25 and I had food missing and what was delivered was old hard not fresh food. I decided to call the location it came from (Tara Blvd) and asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager so I told her my food was missing and what came wasn’t fresh, she yelled call uber eats and get a refund. No apology or any type of concern whatsoever and I’m a customer who buys food to help her keep a job. I was going to ask her name but she slammed the phone in my face!!! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE! She is definitely not a manager and nor does she care about that company!!! You can see on the picture the food is old and hard!

I saw so many bad reviews on this location that I was a lil afraid to try. Mistakenly one of my friends ordered not knowing of the reviews and they actually turned out better than exspected.
