I started going to Valvoline because of the great work and customer service I receive on every visit. The staff there takes care of my family's vehicles at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Javier will steer you straight on your car's needs

I took 3 cars in for an inspection. Everyone of them even were on top of it! Even getting other cars in and out quick! Top notch service thankyou all for the quick in and out service! Great customer service! I was expecting to wait at least a hour but they had me in and out quick. I can’t give on guy credit I give the whole staff credit.

Always bring my truck and van here. Great service, quick and friendly. They take great care in explaining what needs to be done and theres never any surprises. Bonus was the discount for military and first responders.

George and thecrew. Extremely fast and respectful. The team at this location clearly enjoy working with vehicles and deserve the best for working in the el paso heat. 👏 🏜🛻🌡🔥 At the very least the company should allow me to leave a tip on my card for the crew. I believe it would better my experience if I could tip.

Miguel did an excellent job with my oil change and made the entire experience smooth and professional from start to finish. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing without being pushy or rushed. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and properly documented. I appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he checked other basics while completing the service. It’s clear Miguel takes pride in his work and values customer trust. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality service
