Customer service in the lobby was excellent, and I appreciated the thorough multipoint inspection. The technician showed me my cabin air filter, explained the condition, and topped off my coolant during the service.
My only disappointment was the attention to detail when the vehicle was returned. There was cabin filter debris left on the passenger floor, a greasy smudge on the dashboard trim, the oil change reminder sticker was smeared with oil, and a shop microfiber towel was left in the passenger footwell. It also appeared the panel under the glove box may not have been fully reinstalled.
The actual maintenance and customer service were good, but the vehicle should have been cleaned up and checked before it was returned to the customer. Hopefully this is something management can address because the service itself was otherwise positive.

Ozzy and his team provided exceptional service! They went above and beyond with our tire repair to make sure we were well equipped and safe for our road trip. Cold water and coffee are available in the waiting room which is decorative, clean and comfortable. Clean bathrooms that are serviced regularly. Observed other customers getting oil changes completed in 15 minutes, tops. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Customer service was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They found more that I needed and my car is better off for it. Thank you. Just the tire prices are a bit crazy but still 5 stars for service and final product performance.

Víctor was very professional and so was the staff inside of the facility, as well as the crew that was working on my car. The crew was extremely fast and professional and had my car out in less than 30 min. Although the priced are a bit high it was overall a great experience

Came in last minute to have my battery looked at. RJ and the rest of his team were awesome. Left having gotten my inspection done, and battery changed. They informed of everything that they tested my car for and results. Definitely making this the place to bring my car for everything.
