AWESOME car wash. To be honest, I've alwayd been more of a hand wash type of person, I hate seeing the swirl marks that drive through car washes make. Luckily, Tommy's doesnt use those plastic bristle brushes, they use microfiber rag like materials that havent scratched my car. I come quite frequent and they are okay with it. The ultimate plan is 100% worth it. Nothing more to say, I love my car, I hate seeing it get scratched, I can basically guarantee that won't happen here.

My car was in the shop and I had been told by an employee that I could transfer my membership to the loaner car, and switch back whenever my car returned. That was incorrect they have a 30 day policy on switch back. I only had the loaner 1 week. I called and the young man I spoke with fully understood and apologized for the miscommunication of a new employee. He absolutely helped retain my membership with Tommys. Thank you Tommys on Montana!! Way better than the customer service at the Kenworthy location in my experience.

I have been a happy Tommy's Express Car Wash member for three years and my vehicles are always spotless when they leave. Lately, however the location at 6142 Montana is never open at 7:00. This has occurred three times in the past five weeks. It appears that this location is plagued by equipment malfunctions. Also the personnel seem to not be able to rectify the equipment malfunctions in a timely manner. This location is fairly new and should not be experiencing all these problems.

It’s convenient especially because I got the membership and it’s on the way from Costco to home. However, one spot on my car NEVER gets clean. I discussed it with one of the employees about 2 weeks ago, he apologized and sent me through again and stated that he would tell the guys to slow me down so it gets cleaned better. But why do I have to go through twice to get the car cleaned? Why can’t it be done the first time and without being slowed down? I didn’t notice the difference that day. It was still dirty!
I also constantly get a piece of red cloth stuck in my car.

Stopped by for the grand opening the other day. They offered a free car wash which made the car look very nice; it was the high end wash which I never get due to cost. Even though it made the car look nice I still don't plan to spend the money to get it. I didn't notice how they compare to the other two or three car washes on Montana (within a mile or so). Their track system to move the car is different than other car washes: it is like two moving sidewalks for each side of the car. So, you don't need a guide to get you on the track. Also, they don't have people wiping the car down at the end which I like to have done. The car wash on the corner of Montana and Hawkins still has the two guys at the end wiping the car down which is why I normally go there. When I do go which isn't often. Tommy's is flashier than other car washes (blinking lights everywhere). Since it was the grand opening and they had a mini car show going on with free food I couldn't use the vacuum system to clean the inside.
