Went in for state inspection. Didn’t have to get off my vehicle….nice! While waiting for test to be completed, I witnessed how the service men performed an oil change. WOW 😳 … very impressive! I then made a comment to the service gentleman that normally I take my vehicle to the dealership to their “Quick lube n go” and that I’m there for HOURS 😑. He then graciously gave me a price quote for my vehicle . Will definitely consider visiting again! 👍🏻

Was looking for a quick oil change, where I didn’t have to wait hours to get my vehicle back. I was in and out in approximately 20 minutes. The gentleman all work together and efficiently, very respectful towards me, I greatly appreciate it! They don’t force any sales on you, they explain what your vehicle needs but they don’t push you to purchase extras. This place will definitely be my go to from now on.

The employees at the Valvoline location on Montwood deserve 10 stars for their service. They were very helpful and provided the best professional quality service for my vehicles first oil service and tire rotation. I 100% highly recommend coming to this location. The employee Tommy was very helpful and explained all the requirements and updates for my vehicle. Additionally he was able to let me know some information on the vehicle that I was unaware of. Yeah the employees Tommy and Efrain are awesome at their job and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again.

I stopped by Valvoline today and was genuinley SHOCKED by the professionalism, kindess, and thouroughness of service I recieved.

Richard was my main point of contact and he was communicative and patient with me. He took the time to explain everything they were doing, how much it would cost, and why it was being done. Martin was his assitant and he was walking around in a good mood getting the work done quickly and efficiently.

Richard suggested certain services due to the mileage and age of my vehicle but never pressured in any way. I was so pleased with the service I will be returing ASAP with my girlfriends vehicle. All the employees present made eye contact with me, smiled, and nooded. Its the little things that make a high difference and I very much appreciated it.

Highly recommend. I will be returning here for all my vehicle needs moving forward.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, efficient, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. They got me in and out quickly, and the pricing was incredibly fair. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop you can fully trust, but these guys nailed it. I will definitely be back for my future maintenance!
