I want to give the manager ( Trent) a special shoutout because he truly deserves recognition! He is incredibly kind, professional, honest, and communicative. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure they feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes you feel like you can trust him, which is so important when it comes to your vehicle. Friendly, fast and professional. So pleased they didn't try to sell me things I don't need and had real conversations with me about what they were seeing. Communication with both technicians was wonderful, they were efficient and it was clear from all that was happening and communication with the team in the pit and such that safety was a high priority.

A1 service! I came into Valvoline last Tuesday for an oil change, and while I was there, I realized I had a flat tire. Skyler not only took care of my oil change but also went above and beyond and changed my flat tire to the spare so I could safely drive to a tire shop to get it fixed.

I really appreciated her willingness to help with something that wasn’t even part of the service I came in for. Great customer service and a great experience. Thank you, Skyler!

Quick and efficient. Didn't try to sell us on a bunch of different products, but gave suggestions. Ended up replacing both the cabin filter and the engine filter but didn't feel pressured to do so. Let me know my transmission fluid was black black black and had a small amount of metal shavings on the plug! I'll be taking my vehicle to the dealer to see what needs to be done. I appreciate Elliot informing us so we can avoid a giant problem in the future!

In from out of state. I always use Valvoline when I am out of state. Great crew and communication. Suggested other services, but wasn't pushy when I declined. I had my oil changed and wipers replaced and they refilled my wiper fluid free which I use often on the road. They had me in and out fairly quickly and they reset my maintenance counter. Friendly location.
