i’ve been putting off an oil change because the last time i got one i sat in a waiting room for 4 hours, my friends husband told me how quick Valvoline was and DUDE it took 15 minutes!! love love love how friendly everyone was, patrick was the leading man in this experience and lemme tell ya, that guy is a 10/10. he was so nice and kept everything so simple for me. i’m hella coming back next time i need an oil change :) thanks to everyone but a special thanks to patrick

Went in for a full service oil change. Kylee and her team worked like a F1 pit crew while we waited in the car. They did a great job getting us out and we were only there for about fifteen minutes. It is a great clean facility with precision teamwork and professionalism. I felt confident that their processes are designed to elimate errors or mistakes. They checked my lights, oil pressures and filters. My thanks to the entire team.

Unfortunately, left oil all over that I had to wipe up should have taken the picture first ha ha. And underneath oil everywhere didn’t fill up the coolant didn’t fill up the air in the tires. Other than that great call d 3 days ago and no call back. Not sure what’s up?
